While this location has most of the usual dollar store items, including cheap utensils, food, and toys of questionable safety, their items seem to be of better quality. I was able to find some tupperware and decent looking and high quality utensils and ceramic cups and bowls which I have been using on a regular basis for over a month with no problems at all. The only drawback is that some of the ceramic items on display were chipped and scratched, so if you are buying those items, be sure to check them out for any imperfections. Otherwise, this is a solid dollar store and I probably will return here if I am in need of some inexpensive kitchen and storage items.

The store has friendly employees at any time of day or evening, and it is open until 10 pm most nights. The thing I appreciate the most about this store is how well-stocked it stays. I am from another town and I decided to visit the store at Bridford Parkway in Greensboro NC. It was a good sized store and looked well stocked. I am a paper crafter and noticed they still had vinyl and metal plaques clearanced as 4/1.00. I selected 9.00 worth and 4 additional items for regular price. The lines were very long and since I was not in a hurry, I let a young woman who was late for a birthday party in front of me. The cashier was slow and the young lady left money with the cashier and ran out without her change. This seemed to confuse the cashier so I told her the yong lady was in a hurry and could not wait. The cashier made change and decided to put in under the counter for someone in need. I had placed the .25 items on the belt first to help with checkout. When the cashier almost got to the regular priced items I noticed the total was almost 11.00. I mentioned to her that she probably scanned something twice. The cashier became very defensive and started denying it. I told her we did not need to start over, it was okay. The cashier started to put things in the bag without scanning and loudly denying. The manager came over and asked what I had purchased. I explained I got 9.00 worth of 4/1.00 items. The manager started talking in a very loud voice that the items were .25. In the meantime she was fixing the total in the register. I explained that .25 was 4/1.00, as the signage indicated. I explained, it was okay and expressed my concern about delayin the long lines. The manager continued to talk in a loud voice and fix simething in the register. She finally rung up a total, grabbed my receipt and went to a counte. At the counter, she loudly counted the items so everyon could hear and thrust the receipt at me. I took the receipt and told her, it was okay. I will not be back, even though it is a well stocked store. I am not the shinest penny, however it was not hard to see she fixed the total and went out of her way to both embarrash me...to make an eaxample? Despite the fact that she was correcting the error while questioning me. I don't get a lot of choices in this world but where I spend my money is one of them. Love Dollar Tree, just not this one.

The carts are to the left with the registers to the right. They have 2 public gender neutral restrooms that are to the left when you walk on. They have an expansive frozen food section. Each of the aisles are clearly labeled. There are overhead signs that state the general item type in different areas of the store, which is nice. They have an ATM for customer use. They have an ice cream cooler by the register. They have cigarettes and similar items behind register. They sell beer and whine too. I ended up getting an Arizona green tea that was actually $1. I noticed the 99c the use to print on the cans are gone, lol. Some other stores sell them for more than $1 too. Overall, good experience. Staff was friendly and the store was clean. It's by my house but I never really come here. I typically go to dollar general which is a little closer. I rarely see this location busy.
