Yvette from management came up to me and asked me to leave because I had my service dog in the store. I asked if service dogs were not allowed and she said I had to leave because my service dog barked at a little girl that approached her. I've never had a bad experience in my own home town but I mean what can I expect it's dollar tree. She said she would let it pass this time and let me stay but it was her approach that got to me. I did not appreciate her attitude. She said she worked for the state and knows the rules and regulations which is fine because my dog is of service. I ordered online and thought it would be faster, but the service here is so terrible. The manager is all stressed out and is the bossiest person ive ever came across. I work customer service and know the ropes on how peoe should be. These people here never answer the phone, I even had corporate call and they said nobody would answer the phone-how do you run a store like this? In the end the manager made me get in line, after I had been in line and they asked to me to move out of line to check if the stuff was mine. Somebody needs to reevaluate this store. read more

One of the newer dollar tree stores I've seen. They have a lot of merchandise in the aisles . So it doesn't seem like they go out of stock often. They have a huge variety of things. So if you come here you'll most likely find what you're looking for. Stop by if you get a chance. Line is a little bit slow because not too many cashiers. But worth it because you can save so much. Not the biggest variety of well known brands and it gets pretty crowded and messy unless you come in early. They do have a little bit of everything and good selection of holiday decorations/ stocking stuffers. Very convenient for last minute stops. Came in for shower curtain liner& trash bags, but for $10 bucks left w/: liner, bags(12), bby bottle brush, hand soap, curtain hooks, puffs tissues, bleach tabs, dish dry rack, Ivory bar soap(3 pk). M family has been shopping here for as long as we can remember, but after hearing what happened to an acquaintance and their family, we will no longer take our business here. This is not the first time I have heard negative things about this store, but this one took the cake. A & Family (1 minor and 1 adult) were shopping when a manager (assitant store manager?) Threatened to call the police on them over a broken item, that from what I understood was hanging off a shelf. This ASM (?) Threatened them while she was on the phone with another person (most likely not work related). Due to these actions of this manager, I will be taking my business to King City or Salinas. If you plan on shopping there, I urge you to be extra careful. read more

This is relatively clean and organized store for a dollar tree. They never have more than one or two registers open though regardless of how busy it is. I'll come here for any random thing I am only going to use once or twice. I do like to look around because you never know what you will find. This location has refrigerated and frozen foods as well. I got these lemon ice cream four packs once and they actually weren't that bad. They got eggs and some frozen breakfast items I wouldn't expect to find at a place like this. Its never too busy as this part of town is kind of quiet and mainly residential area. Not bad for a dollar tree. read more

The manager at this place is making this place look really bad! She followed me around store which has happened before and stated she was calling police which freaked out my 4 year old son! I asked what the reason was refused to give a straight answer! This has happened to many people i know! Store is always messy and not enough checkout open. Need better management More friendly people needed. Smiles could be a start.

I wish I could give this place no stars! Everything is super messy and out of order. And the employees are one of the worst people I've ever met. I brought my support dog to the store and they made me throw him outside. I told the workers there that he was a support animal and they whispered to each other and laughed.
