All the employees are extremely helpful and they help out with what ever you need within reason. I grew up in Gloucester and I can remember when we only had a regular Wal-Mart. When Super Wal-Mart was built, I remember skipping school just to join in the celebration of something new and exciting happening in little ol' Gloucester. The store is always clean, the employees tend to be in a pleasant mood, and I've never had an occasion where something was not in stock. I've never actually had a bad experience ever at this store. I no longer live in the area, but you can bet that when I do come visit Gloucester, Wal-Mart will be a "must stop at" on my list.

The first time was…read morearound Christmas I could not find a product and asked her about it, she told me it was over there on the left and pointed. I went over there but could not find it so I came back to her and told her I could not find it. She had an attitude and acted annoyed which made me upset I talked to the manager on duty and complained that she was very unfriendly. So today I saw Kaitlin coming to the cash register she had her jacket on and the aldi shirt was visible so I asked her if she knew where the slow cooker bags were. She told me in a nasty tone that she was off and proceeded to the check out. So I went to the cashier that was ringing her up and asked him about the slow cooker bags and he gave me the info but before he spoke she butted in and said why I asked her because she was off - I told her I was not talking to her. She is a rude no people person that hates her job and should not be empleyed by Aldi. I can't rave more about all the other employees that work at this location being friendly, helpful and going out of their way to help. But this Kaitlin needs to be dealt with as she makes a visit to Aldi very unpleasant.
