How fortunate for this business that right after a person leaves a negative review, someone else left a glowing review. Too bad the positive reviewer chose to be so insulting. As to this business, this news about the manager completely ignoring a customer who came in to warn them about a health hazard with some of their medication (ie the bottle of pain killers containing some sort of mold) is not surprising. The staff at this business do not seem to care in the slightest about the store itself or the customers. While I'm not directly involved in the medication dispute, I have been there several times frequently for party supplies and I have been significantly underwhelmed each time. The cashiers do not greet you or even hardly speak to you while checking out and they do not acknowledge you if they are stocking a shelf or "tidying up" and you need to get something they are in front of. Aand if the manager is friendly as is suggested, then I must go there on her singularly bad days because I've never seen her be friendly. I usually forgive such behavior because it's just a dollar store and I don't go often but after hearing about their lack of concern for public health - seriously all it would have taken was an apology, a refund, and sending the offending meds back to the manufacturer - ensures that I'd rather spend a little more than to shop here. read more
