I truly don't understand how this Dollar Tree is still open after all these years. Every time I attempt to shop here the isles are completely unorganized and pallets of unloaded merchandise are everywhere to the point it'll block the isles! I feel so bad for the employees. This store had horrible customer service as soon as my friends and I walked into the store.They kicked us out of the establishment .We didn't even have a chance to put our stuff in a cart or even get a cart. .They just yelled at us and said "no, get out of the store and go" This is unacceptable. Solid finds. I mean you have to really be honest with your expectations and the reality of the business model. It's the Dollar Tree. Stuff for a dollar ... well a dollar plus some change. This place has an extremely wide variety of stuff for everyday use. Some of the stuff might not be the best quality and sometimes they don't have what you need but yeah. This store is one of the bigger ones, but going during the afternoon is a disaster, lines are long, things are pretty disorganized. If you want to shop here it's beret during weekdays after 8pm when there are less people and there's more or less stuff on stock. Cashiers tend to be pretty slow so be prepared to wait a while in line. read more

I noticed a drastic change in appearance of this location. While they too block aisles with boxes, its never a huge mess. Its normally kept tidy. Well my last visit I was astonished as it was almost immaculately organized and clean. Not even a shipment box in site. It was almost as tidy as PA Dollar Trees. Customer service seemed pretty good. I overheard a cashier helping an elderly gentleman out with his purchase. She took ger time explaining a few things in spite of the line. It was pleasant to witness. Hopefully it stays this way. So, I have to give this store 1 star. Mainly because it was the middle of the day and they said they couldn't open the doors because there were no cashiers on duty. What??!! This is a joke, right? How on earth can you have a business and not open because no cashiers decided to show up for work. I'm sure a manager was on duty and they know how to use a cash register. This basically means if employees do not show up for work, the store does not work. I always thought the show must go on. If the store doesn't make money, then everyone will eventually lose their job because there is no way to pay the payroll. On this account alone, I will not return because the store has showed me they are not good at problem solving. I expect these type of stores to be a bit messy as there are so many stock items and customers do tend to rumage through things. But, come on! I walked in and I couldn't barely see the floor! Dollar Tree has been my literal savior when it comes to filling my pantry with must need items on a budget (i.e.: OTC meds, body washes and shampoos, home decor, school supplies, dry food items, etc). My favorite and most convenient Dollar Tree used to be this one, but over the last six months the organization and availability of products to be severely lacking. The beauty, bath, and medicine shelves are disorganized and barely full. The seasonal products, toys, and electronics aisles are cluttered with packing boxes and items on the floor. This past Friday, one aisle was completely impassable because of tumbled over shipping boxes. The staff is always nice and helpful but the cleanliness and inability to find items takes the joy out of my going. read more

I love Dollar Tree but if I could give this store 0 stars I would. Dirty, unorganized; this store is a total mess. On 2 separate occasions I have seen multiple people stealing from the store. I was so excited when Dollar Tree opened at this location. When they first opened, it was kind of a pleasure to shop there, even though the aisles weren't properly stocked. For instance, they had pet products/food in the aisle with non-pet related items. Actually, a lot of the aisles made no sense at all, but at least you were able to see what was displayed. The first few days, although it wasn't spotless, one could get around the store with no problem. However, by the second or third-week things started to change. All of a sudden, just about every aisle you walk down had products on the floor; some were piled on top of other products that didn't belong there, which was still there weeks later, and boxes blocking so many products you could barely shop. I started taking pictures every time I went in there because I couldn't believe what I was seeing day after day. I wanted to have proof in case they ever denied it. I'm going to skip forward to November and December 2018. They have boxes piled so high, and from end to end down so many aisles that you can only shop on one side. Some of them are blocked from one end to the other and filled in between with stuff all over the floor. The entire Christmas aisle was totally blocked off that you couldn't even get in there. It seems as though no one takes pride in there at all. So many customers and I constantly complain to each other about what a nightmare it is to shop in there. I started going to the one on Clarkson/Rogers more often because it is always clean in there and such a please to shop. I went to this place today to buy some toiletries. When I walked in I could not believe what I saw and smelled. The place was stuffy and very hot and smelled like backed up sewage. There were boxes and merchandise all over the floor, the shelves were severely understocked and un-organized and the place was filthy!!! It looked as if there was a fire the night before and everyone was there sifting through what survived the next day. I was so disgusted, I left without buying a thing and was embarrassed to have even walked in there. I stumble upon this place while heading to the post office. To my surprise, you can really find some good items here. I could careless about the staffing, nor the environment of this place. Two things I'm constantly buying from this store is Glade freshener .99!!!! Target has them for 2.99 (silly me). Hangers, the hangers they supply are very sturdy!! I can't complain. read more

I don't know what happened with this store. It just opened two months ago and it already looks like a pigsty. I went in one day and the place was just messy with boxes everywhere, stuff all over the floor, and items just thrown on the shelves like nobody gave a damn. I thought maybe I came on a bad day when they were really under staff because there was only one person working the register and another person in the back, but I went back a week later and the place looked exactly the same with only one person again on the register with the line stretched all way down the aisle. Maybe I came on an off day. Only found 1 thing I came for. The stores is a decent size but it's practically empty! On workers were the 2 cashiers. I wind up only spending $14 which is nothing compared to the usual $50 I could spend when I'm in stores like that. read more
