I saw the finished product in my mind and knew they'd be perfect. Two cans of gold spray paint and 2 mirrors cut the next day, and they are absolutely stunning! I also bought 5 pretty gold lanterns for $10 for the set. I planned to hang them around my pergola with citronella candles in them, but one ended up on one of those gorgeous nightstands. He also had a beautiful oak king size bed frame and dresser and mirror. He only wanted about $250 (I think) for the dresser. He also had appliances and small appliances, lamps, dishes, and various furniture. Think of anything you'd put in a storage building...he buys contents of storage buildings when people don't pay their storage fees. You can find a little bit of everything there and the prices are super cheap. He only takes cash, so make sure you take plenty. I'm sure this will end up being a frequent stop for me.

We came in looking for a desk chair and was surprised to see they had tons on furniture. Sofas, dinettes, bedroom groups, fridges, small appliances, baby swings, luggage, mattresses and even some flooring. We didn't find a desk chair not because they didn't have any chairs. But to be a salvage store they were a bit overpriced. We didn't we're not willing to pay $139 or even $99 for an out-of-the box scratch and dent chair. Usually these kinds of places have super cheap prices. We may revisit if the prices get cheaper. P.S. we went to the local office supply store and a got a brand new in-the box office chair for $80. Woohoo!

We were not really impressed it was very messy , you couldn't find anything as lots of shelves had things thrown all over, plus opened and unopened boxes in the aisles. They may need more help to organize. The only ppl I saw working were at the register , we couldn't find anyone on the floor. No one said Hi when we came in. I saw lots of books but didn't go over there. The prices seemed like Walmart prices nothing stood out as a great deal to us but that depends on what u are looking for I guess. The store is nicely stocked with a little bit of the bookstore vibe of years past with categories of all kinds. They do have a big selection of children's books that include a rack of picture books and puzzles as well a section for young adults. There's not a lot of reference, DIY or self-help books but they've done pretty well with making a nice assortment of different genres available. They have a nice selection of discounted hard and paperback books, some audio books and assorted gifts. There's no coffee shop or couches to lounge in, no magazine or newspaper racks here, it's just books and that's okay with me. We bought a couple books and had a pleasant conversation with the very nice lady who was running the place all by herself. I'm a sucker for a good bookstore, and it's independently owned and operated, so what's not to like? Bottom line: it's clean, well organized and maintained with good prices. Recommended;
