I am a collector of porcelain figurines; however, on occasion I have had the misfortune of one of…read moremy treasures being broken! Panicky emotions of how to salvage it, and then a serendipity recommendation at a local antique fair. A restoration business that now gives me confidence in the face of disaster. Since 2010, several Royal Worcester horse and bird porcelains have been astonishingly restored looking "mint" again!!! Discovering Richford Restoration in Daytona Beach has been salvation for many items I cherish. A small facility located in a quaint cottage with shelves lined with anticipated repairs. After several months my very damaged figurine was again whole & looking new! I was amazed and very impressed by this "miracle" of craftsmanship. I whole heartily recommend Richford Restoration for any and all broken, damaged or pieces replaced for collectibles or heirlooms requiring restoration or conservation. Repairs in various materials (ceramics, porcelains, ivory, metals, wood, etc.) are handled responsibly with top quality professionalism. Additionally, prices are affordable and realistic whether a family treasure or pricey valuable! One word of caution---professional restoration is time-consuming and meticulous. Sometimes taking weeks or months, this is not a "quick fix" service. Be prepared to have patience for your restoration dreams come true. If unable to deliver as I did, items may be shipped. However, first check their website for information concerning special packing instructions and needed information.

Crazy Kat Design - Wooden placards, stone, slate, and polymer items that can be laser engraved

Crazy Kat Design

The Crazy Kat Design Company is also known as "CKO" or "Crazy Kat Outfitters LLC."…read more The owner, Robert, noticed my newly patched vest as my wife and I were shopping in the Daytona flea market. We started to chat about my Rock-n-Roll patches, and it was nice to see he enjoyed much of the same music as me. Robert informed me that he and the owners from Byrd's leather help each other out with special projects, one of them being custom patches. Robert offers a variety of permanent iron-on and industrial-grade quality Velcro patches. The patches come in as many materials, designs, shapes, and sizes you can essentially think of. Robert uses custom laser engraving that can bring any idea you can contemplate to life. Not only does Robert make custom patches but he also provides high quality pocket knives, drink tumblers, tee shirts, hats, bags, slate pictures, award placards, window stickers, business cards, refrigerator magnets, license plate mounting brackets, bottle openers, pants, and cutting boards, which he will then custom print, or laser engrave to your requested design. Robert showed me some of the custom patches he prepared for the Troopers Bridge Foundation and Blairstown F.D. He also showed me several other patches and custom engravings small business used on laptop bags, hats, and specialty Yeti drink tumblers they ordered. Pricing varies based on the product. For example, ball caps run anywhere between $15-$35, with a custom laser engraved hat being the most expensive; however, depending on the patch size the price could be slightly higher. A 30oz laser engraved tumbler will run you $40, an XL black or white customized tee with a logo on the back and front pocket costs $25, a 5.5"x7.5" custom engraved picture rectangle slate costs $30, and a custom sublimation acrylic award placard will run you about $25. Honestly, the prices are not that bad for these custom builds. I don't know for certain but I am sure if you talked to Robert directly before placing your order, he could work out a discount if you purchased a large quantity. This shop at the flea market is not huge, and I believe he is only open Friday, Saturday, and Sundays. I recommend reaching out to him using the QR code in the photos I provided. Once you pull up the site via the QR code you can actually save his information to your contacts or reach out to him directly through there. If you are in at the Daytona flea market, I highly recommend stopping in to say hi and to see all Crazy Kat Design Company has to offer.

Whether you need to feed a craving or you want to change up your decorations outside in your patio. Most recently for Mother's Day coming up, world market has an entire set of dedicated to Mother's Day and it's absolutely gorgeous. World Market always has a dedicated section to those big holidays, such as Mother's Day and Fourth of July. The list goes on and on. I will preface, however, that this establishment is rather pricey. Just to help you paint a better picture, I purchase a vase, two candles and about three different Korean snacks they had in the back. This all came out to be around $85. I would recommend signing up on their website to become a member so you can enjoy the pleasantries of rewards! they usually give out free gifts with a certain amount purchase, which is pretty cool. Most recently they had an event where they would hide a golden egg in April. The golden eggs were in a hidden spot all over the store and the customers were given hints for each day in order to find said egg. I unfortunately did not find an egg but it was super fun. There were 4 eggs for each day, each egg with a different amount of money to use towards a purchase. Off the top of my head, it was $20, $50, $100. I forgot the fourth egg, but you get the jist. Also, once you come in they have complimentary coffee and tea for you to try. These are actually products that they sell in store so I would recommend checking it out and giving it a try. I ended up drinking some coffee there one day and never stopped buying the coffee from there. Again, I totally recommend coming to World Market! You'll have a "worldly" © experience! *wink wink*. It's my favorite store and I probably come way toooo often.

This is a good place to come if you want to find a unique gift or to try a new food from another country. Many people like the beverage section. There is an extensive selection of coffees, teas, spirits, mixers, canned Boba teas and more. You'll definitely find something to put in your cart! Most recently, I bought some lovely candles for home fragrance, and some British, Swedish and Japanese food items. They have a rewards program, frequent discounts and sales, free samples, and you can shop online.
