After my first time in, I know it will not be my last! I came here looking for trail running shoes…read moreand hiking shoes with ankle support. I found exactly what I needed as well as a few other things. I got a pair of altras for $60! With my shoes and designer clothes I bought, I spent about as much as I would have on a brand new pair of running shoes! Sierra has a plethora of men's and women's outdoor/athletic clothing, shoes and accessories and you can get so much bang for your buck here. I just wish there were more locations!

Worst customer service at this location…read more We love Sierra and shop there often - but the Colorado Springs store has the worst customer service and we wont be back. The staff is rude, learned apparently from the manager. Had been treated poorly there in the past. Then today, aside from being ignored in line by 3 staff members, including the manager, who were doing nothing, standing around with only one nice gal trying to help everyone and apologizing to all. Then we had recently purchased a an Avalanche dog cot/bed that quickly ripped apart. We did not have our receipt but read online we could exchange or get store credit. They still had the product in stock, so tags and info were available. They would not honor the exchange. We were told she couldn't do anything for us. Seriously? Why not?? We will make the drive and shop up in Castle Rock from now on. We have always been treated well up there. I suggest you do the same.

I really like this place. Despite the name, things are above $5 - but still worth the price. I…read morelike the selection of electronics here. The store was clean and full of stuff that had my daughter's interest. When it was time to pay a staff member who was a short chubby white girl with glasses that had a boy hair cut stood right behind my family it felt like she was breathing down our neck. Made us feel uncomfortable. When we got home I read the reviews disappointed we were not the only ones. They were making sure we were not stealing or simply racial profiling sadly. My husband proudly serves this country! We never had to steal to get what we wanted or needed. Ruined my daughter's first experience as well as me and my husband at 5 below! We've had great experiences in Colorado Springs but we have to read reviews beforehand now to avoid businesses like this who are being racist! I added our receipt to show the overpriced junk my daughter bought and to show we're not thief's but hard working Americans!!

Too high priced for second hand items that are donated to be supposedly benefit Life Network…read more They claim their goods are "affordable "goods for their clients, patients and community members. The staff is also pushy to get customers out of the store and often counting money 20 minutes before closing. Clean store. Organized. But over all disappointed.

After a long series of garage sales I was on the hunt for a few good thrift stores to donate my…read moreitems to, I am not one to simply give to my local Goodwill. A woman at my church introduced me to Life Network and their mission, I was stoked to hear that I finally found a place that I knew would appreciate my items and was excited to donate today (May 31, 2025). However I was met with an assistant at the donation door that made me wish I would have just given it all to Goodwill (I am not typically a Yelper and I always try to give the benefit of the doubt, and it's only once in a blue moon that I have an experience so bad that I have to share it.) The assistant who was working the donations (kind of a young kid that looked to be in his early 20's with blonde-ish hair) greeted me with the WORST attitude I have ever experienced from a human being, let alone an employee who is supposed to be there to assist! I first had to get his attention by ringing the bell on the donation door which was ajar, this was apparently a huge no-no because he almost plowed into me when rushing out the building (I must've interrupted something.) The back door to my car often sticks and sometimes takes a second to get open, when I couldn't get it open right away he expressed his agitation very obviously by throwing his hands up in the air with a "PSSH!!" that was loud enough for me to notice, (I promise this really happened and my review is not exaggerated.) I politely told him that I can come back another time, so he saw that I noticed his attitude but it was not enough to fix it. He informed me that it was fine. After I finally got my car door open he then proceeded to yank things out of my car that were not for donating and threw everything on a mountain pile in a very aggravated manner, certainly breaking some things in the process. More than once did I have to inform him that not everything in my car is for donating and that there were fragile items in most of the boxes. I was bothering him, it was perfectly clear. So I took the obvious hint and ended up cutting the donations short and took the rest of my items to a different thrift store. I I guess it was a wise decision because he promptly slammed the donation door behind me. I for the life of me can't figure out what I said or did wrong, I didn't even look at him funny. It was a very strange and surprising encounter indeed. He was a young kid that obviously couldn't keep from acting out his frustration (or whatever it was that was bothering him today.) I definitely want to support Life Network's cause and will say that this kid was simply having a bad day and definitely (and quite obviously) did not want to be at work or deal with people, he expressed it VERY clearly. I hope he was able to go home early and calm down a bit, because he was definitely on edge about something. I pray everything is okay. I will try again another day and hopefully will be at least met with a smile and a "thanks, have a good day", even if the assistant has to pretend.
