Then we had recently purchased a an Avalanche dog cot/bed that quickly ripped apart. We did not have our receipt but read online we could exchange or get store credit. They still had the product in stock, so tags and info were available. They would not honor the exchange. We were told she couldn't do anything for us. Seriously? Why not?? It's those stickers when you buy the open box items and return to the Amazon warehouse. We check the prices and compares, some items were only $5-10 from the actual price. I'm sure they have real discount items. I would really compare and research the prices first before buying. I guess in a way it's far more convenient than waiting it get shipped from Amazon. However, when I arrived home, I decided to peel off the price stickers to see the original price and it turns out it was originally $9.99 and they marked it up to $12.99 (with a missing lid) and then "put it on sale". On the Home Goods side, there are carts of stuff sitting out that makes it hard to get by with a cart and difficult to browse. The reorganization on the TJ Maxx side isnt good either. The lines can get long, but it's kind of fun waiting because you can still shop while you wait with the merchandise at checkout.
