This facility has changed management. They have completely turned over their staff after the…read moreCoronavirus. The new management is VERY unfriendly and uncooperative. Prices have increased to nearly three times and are outrageous for used, dirty, broken and old items. For example they priced an old, moldy 4" clay flower pot at $5.00. I promptly went to Walmart and bought a new one for .99 cents! LOL I have donated literally hundreds of items to this facility over the last few years. Many times I dropped off the items when the store was closed but came back the next day to get my donation receipt for taxes. I went into the drop off facility this week and asked the attendant for a receipt for items that I had dropped off earlier this week. He was very rude and said if he doesn't SEE the drop off, he doesn't give receipts! Really? Where is it posted that the donner should beware of dropping items off when there is not an attendant present? I asked to speak to the manager, which was promply brought over. She was more rude than him! I explained that I have always been able to get a receipt if an attendant wasn't present and she blurted out that SHE was the manager now and she doesn't allow that. I told her I'd never donate another item to her flea (bag) market and she quipped she didn't care. Lots of luck, manager, raising money for this charity if your donation drop off! But like you made very clear, you don't care!

I really love their sister store in Nixa & pop in weekly for "treasures" to boost my chef-worthy kitchen pantry without paying the Pampered Chef or Sur Le Tablé pricing!

This is a large souvenir store where you can purchase your Branson t-shirts, key chains, sweat…read moreshirts, magnets, hats, yoga pants, and toys. It is marked by the large tie-dye mural on the side of its exterior mall. You can't miss the place. They have tie dye, Branson branded and regular clothing items available. I found the selection blah. Especially the magnets. The store also offers custom air brush shirts, if that is your thing. They also have those signs with pre-printed common names on them like Jennifer, Brian, Susan, Timothy... There is tons of free parking available in the front and the back of the store in their private lot. I found much of the items in the store overpriced and some of them look like they been there awhile. All-in-all, this is an option for those looking to purchase souvenirs. You may just find that difficult to find and/or that perfect gift. Or you may find a deal.

All Walgreens stores use an automated phone system that states, "I can help...." This system tries…read morevery hard to keep you from talking to anyone in the pharmacy. This system is coupled with a phone messaging system that keeps you informed about the status of your prescription. The problem is that the employees completely ignore the system because they don't like it either; several employees have admitted this. Over time with many instances I have learned not to trust the system. I have one very common prescription that is almost never kept in stock and they always assure me, "it will be on the next delivery truck" . sometimes it is sometimes not. If it is not, they never contact you. You have to contact them.... if you can get past the automated system. There is always a great turnover in techs at this store. New people are not trained very well; sometimes they try to charge for something that should be no charge. If you question them about this you often get an attitude. After 3 years of trying to figure out their system I have realized that they really don't care. All you get is attitude and obfuscation. So, I just transferred to a different pharmacy. Goodbye Walgreens in Branson West! And good riddance!
