Closed down; store not open anymore. It was just okay. But still needed in this community.

Lord Jesus! Where do I begin. First can I said Jesus and WTF in the same sentence? OK. Probably not…read moreso when in need of help I just stick with JC! And with that said...... ' Oh Lord! This place has 'ish all over the place. Really, outside toilet tissues and shoes great you at the curb. Headed to the door hats are all up against walls. Once inside you are hit with even more 'ish. I like order and cleanliness (Although you can't tell that from my vehicles!). But I don't get paid to keep a clean ride, so HUSH people. LOL..... It's like Fred Sandford son went storefront and just put EVERY Damn Thing he could find inside this place. I bought some Aspirin because I knew I was gonna have a mild panic attack from all this stuff. Bad note - They need to get this damn place in order. Think the old JC Penny Outlet on Black Friday! But they had just about anything you could need in here. Which by the way is the. Some items don't have price's but there was a woman restocking items that knew how much everything costs and where to find even the smallest of items.... Good Note - If you need it. They probably have it. It's start at like 59 - 99 cents. I paid $5 for a pair of $40 shoes. $2.50 for Downy Liquid Fabric softener. $5 for some As Seen On TV Genie Shoe Stretcher that costs $9.99. $2.99 for Shoe Gel thingy's. But they have a lot going on. GREAT deals!!! 3.5 Stars for me because clutter is a major issue for me.

When I first heard of Daiso, this place was described as the dollar store version for Japan. And…read morealthough the currency exchange rate isn't exactly accurate when it comes to the prices, things were still reasonable. What I mean is the Japanese pricing on the tag not fully exchanging over to the USD amount when you do the conversion. It should in theory be cheaper, but it's not. You can find all sorts of things here: stationary, plushies, snacks, trinkets, home decor, toys, to accessories (travel, pet, bag, cutesy female stuff). It's a really fun variety store to visit and browse. And even within each category, there were lots of options. Like the house slippers for instance, there were so many colors and designs. And for the kiddos, there were lots of seasonal plushies of varying sizes. Like bunnies for Easter, throw pillows, or squishy ones for hugging. This store is like a toy store for adults! Also if you're buying a lot of random trinkets and knick knacks, they do not provide bags. You can most certainly purchase one of their totes or bags. But my pro tip is to bring your own. Waste less plastic with all the gizmos you're buying. :) Because of the Japanese price on the tag doesn't fully exchange over exactly, I'm not giving Daiso the full 5 stars.

It is one of the biggest Daiso locations I've visited outside my state. I would have loved to buy more merchandise, but I wasn't able to bring it back on my trip. I did find what I needed, though. The prices were the same as in NYC, with no significant difference. Overall, I would love to come back and visit again in the near future.
