I pop into Five Below anytime I am in this immediate area whether it be for candy, gifts or just to waste time. This location is where I spend a lot of time gift shopping for my nephews whether it be for their birthdays or Christmas. The candy selection at Five Below is second to none and on my recent trip, they seemed to expand the selection, which was pretty exciting, even for a grown man! Something I also utilize Five Below for is phone accessories. The latest was a trip in with my dad to get all the goods for his new iPhone. We got him a solid case, car charger, wireless charger and screen protector...all for under $20. The store is always packed full of stuff, even the sidewalk has goods, so when it gets busy, it can be hard to navigate, especially with a cart. Service is usually pretty solid at this location. Overall, this Five Below is a decent spot for a variety of things, mostly for the kiddos and occasional random item needed.

There is a new color of the week starting every Monday, and everything that color is 99 cents. So if you get a senior discount on the color of the week you can get two items of clothing for $1. You can't beat that! There's also a new thing where you can buy a reusable bag (for $2 I think) and when you buy clothes with it, you get an additional 20% off. The selection for everything is great, with possibly the exception of jewelry. I wear a lot of vintage-y clothes, so this is the perfect place. They are constantly getting new stuff in. It's also the cleanest and most organized Salvation Army I've been to. And most all of the ladies who work in there are very sweet. I will say that there is a regular in there who makes me really uncomfortable, and I wish someone would say something to him.... every time I see him in there he is yelling his racist views. Makes me sad, but since they are such a great Christian business I suppose they can't turn anyone away. Also-- please shop/donate here instead of that horrible company Goodwill! I've actually seen this store help the people who come in.

It had a rustic/shabby chic vibe and reminded me of those stores that you might see in North Georgia cabin country. There wasn't much to see and it felt more like someone's workspace instead of a furniture store. They had two really nice arm chairs that were blocked with a sign that said "Please do not sit on me". Now, how in the world would you ever expect to sell a chair that can't be tested? Also, if you don't want customers sitting on the furniture, don't place it on the main floor or just place it in the window where there is no direct access. I understand that because these chairs were very light in color that they were concerned with them getting soiled but this sign just seemed inappropriate and out of place in a furniture store. Much of what I saw was very light in color so if you want a light decor, you could check out the options here. There are also decorative items to add a bit of visual interest or to complete a look. This store appeared to be staged for visitors to just walk in and out. It just didn't seem very customer friendly although the ladies working here were. I just left feeling confused. Was it me?

They helped me do the purchase over the phone, responded quickly to questions, and offered to hold the chairs for me until I could get back to pick them up. When the day came, lo and behold, the chairs wouldn't fit in my car! Temporary panic, but no worries. Lori arranged for immediate delivery for a very reasonable price. Just one more reason to shop local instead of all the hassle of the chain stores! I was so pleased with this purchase, and I have recommended this store to other friends who love to fill their homes with unique pieces. Blue Fern is the real deal. You can get cheap reproductions of the farm house look anywhere, but Blue Fern has truly unique, carefully selected, quality items. So thrilled with the entire experience!
