This is a liquidation store. If you do not like onesie items, and looking through things, it is probably not for you. I love looking through the liquidation/surplus items. This is a new shopping center that is easy to get to. The outlets were a little smaller than I'm used to. Maybe because I've been to some Gap Factory stores. But, I scored some good deals and made out with 6 sweaters and 2 pairs of jeans for $100. They also had a DSW shoe store, Pier One and several other cool stores. I didn't see much in the way of food options and wished there was somewhere close by to grab a bite of lunch. But, maybe they'll add that to the area at some point.

I would have to buy a product (spending more money) to even remove the stain. It's just a level of customer service that should be given in these inconvenient moments especially after spending $129 on items that were not damaged. What made it twice as frustrating is the fact he kept emphasizing that he was a coordinator and they don't give discounts for stains. I've been shopping at Marshals for years and they always offered a 10% discount on damaged or stained items. He suggested that I purchase the item at full price and wash it then return it if the stain didn't come out. I'm disgusted by the service I received.
