I went through their formal inspection process, which confirmed one inch of sagging, and was told that does not meet the warranty threshold of 1.5 inches. So apparently I need to keep sleeping on a failing mattress and wait until it gets worse before they will help me. I offered to pay the difference toward a replacement. I offered to accept store credit. I asked for a partial refund. Every option was declined. I have now spoken to multiple people, been escalated twice, and received the same answer each time: not our problem. At no point did anyone make a genuine effort to find a solution. I was told to come back in three months when the sagging gets worse. That is not customer service, that is stalling. The math here is simple. I am either stuck with a $1,500 mattress that is falling apart, or I buy a new one and I am out $3,000+. Living Spaces has made it clear they are comfortable with that outcome. If you are considering a large purchase here, especially a mattress, think carefully. The product warranty sounds good until you actually need to use it.

I came here during the week on a few occasions. Each time they are very well stocked with perfumes, body sprays and perfume oils. A lot of these locations have a lot of the same fragrances. But this store had selections that I haven't seen anywhere else. I've scored great finds from Khadlaj, Lattafa, Rasasi, Afnan and more! So for all the frag heads, this is a good spot to find bangers. So I come here with her and we are looking at the rice cookers one employee and older gentleman was helping us and we looked at it and we took a few out of the boxes to check the product. That's when the service went terrible. Another young gentlemen comes up and says what are we doing and that we can't open up the boxes if we do we have to purchase it. Even though it looks like others have done it as well. I told the gentleman we were sorry we didn't know we couldn't open up the box to see if the product if it was ok and his response is we can open it for you and show you. And then he starts going on what are you going to do open all of them to check?? I told him we were sorry there is no reason to be rude about it. He just kept telling us that if we open it we have to purchase and if we were going to open all of them. I decided that if this is how we were going to be treated I would take my business elsewhere. The reason the employee stated was that they had no more bookings for the day at 4:30 pm. I then stated who are yall waiting for cause your bay is empty and your techs are just standing around? The lady stated we're waiting on the customers to show up! I then stated, oh how long will you wait cause I know Walmart is about providing the next customer! I was in the store about an hour, and as I was walking out this is what I observed after being told, that only two techs were on staff!
