I also got him 3 flannel shirts that were $11.99. I wanted to get him a suit but they didn't have suit jacket in his size, which sucks because it only would've been $50 for both. It's crazy because I saw a convection oven that's also an air fryer in the appliances section that was exactly like the one I had at home. I'll admit that I didn't/don't clean it often... so I decided that since the first one was a gift, I'd just buy another one to start fresh and be sure to clean it regularly lol. I think the store was a little short staffed. I saw some semi long lines in different places but not too horrible. My wait in line was maybe like 10 minutes. Overall, good experience. They struck the perfect balance--giving us plenty of space to shop while offering thoughtful styling advice when we wanted it. What impressed me most was Rhonda's creativity. She encouraged me to try combinations I never would have considered on my own, including a bright floral orange top to pair with my seersucker pants. Sometimes the best boutique associates help you see possibilities beyond what's already in your comfort zone, and Rhonda definitely did that. The Julie Voss jewelry collection alone is worth a visit--I could have easily spent much more time (and money!) there. The little touches also stood out: a clean, attractive restroom, friendly conversation, and even an offer of water or a soda before we headed back to New Bern. It's clear that customer service is a priority here. As an added bonus, Russell's is open on Mondays, which was greatly appreciated since many businesses in the area are closed.
