Staff and pharmacists tried to be helpful but with so many processes and procedures I could tell it was frustrating. They don't have a monopoly because there is Walgreens but they are the only CVS in town. Since most of my experience is with the pharmacy this review could be skewed. They walk out the door right when they close. read more

Pharmacist seems amused that she's the only one in the store wearing her mask around her chin. I can't recommend unprofessional services. Perhaps her cognitive functioning is frazzled. read more

This Pharmacy acts like its the only game in town! In 2016 I am finding a better place to get my prescriptions! I complained about waiting 20 minutes in the drive through... Today they promise a script at a certain time ... I arrive 30 minutes later and it's not ready! I am not that easily discouraged and these are the only most two current issues! I am so done with the cvs here they should close it down! They truly are not doing anyone a service! read more

Have been dealing with this Pharmacy for years. No personality from majority of them, not willing to help or assist when needed. Very poor customer service with lack of concern. Last year and half prescriptions are hardly ever ready as the text you get say. Very unorganized when you get there. Order refills well ahead of time and two-three weeks later medications are still not in. This happens on a regular basis especially on medications that I can't afford to miss. Last straw for me this week after dealing with this way to long switched my business to another pharmacy. Would rate at negative stars but had to pick one read more

The pharmacy staff here are never friendly or helpful. They always treat me as if I am bothering them. Every time I use another CVS, I am always shocked at how helpful and kind the pharmacy staff are. The only reason I continue to go here is because it is the closest to me, other than that I would never keep my prescriptions here. Something should be done about this. If every other CVS can provide the same services with a helpful smile, so should this one. read more

I have dealt with this CVS just recently for my and my wifes medications. We have the GoodRX gold card on file with them for savings on our prescriptions. It is the absolute worst pharmacy I ever dealt with. Prescriptions are never ready when promised had to go back several times the same day to pick up. The way my wife and I were treated today was horrible. We were threaten by the pharm manager that they would call police because I was in there drive thru and won't leave until I get the prescription that they had 8 hrs to fill. It was done but she refused to sell us the prescription and to go somewhere else. I already call the police before this happened. I just had triple by pass 5 weeks ago and for them to refuse medication much needed after they filled the order is ridicules. There are two sides to every story but even the police officer agreed. NEVER EVER GOING BACK TO THAT CVS ON JOHN SMALL RD WASHINGTON NC. read more

As I've had no eye complication, I opted to try just the optometrist, and ask for a dilated retinal exam in addition to the assessment for age related macular edema (runs in the family) and glaucoma screening. when I called the front desk was able to fit me in the next day, take my insurance information, and tell me what my insurance covered. When I arrive, I quickly filled out relevant question, and was taken back where the assistant explained I could have the dilated exam if I wanted, but the retinal laser scan obviated the need for that in most patient. Dr. Parker gave me a detailed explanation and went through the retinal scan with me (I've had multiple scans over the years, but never one so quick and clear. As a recently retired endocrinologist, I was very impressed). Dr. Parker conducted a thorough eye and visual exam, adjusted my prescriptio, and I was on my home after 45 minute. All this, and I was able to drive home as I didn't require retinal dilatation. I highly recommend this MyEyeDr
