I placed a order the delivery Driver Makirsa L he said he picked up the order and when he came to my address he sat here hiding from me for a few minutes when i confronted him he lied and said he didn't have a delivery for anyone and soon after i confronted him i tracked his vehicle leaving my area i contacted him and he said he didn't have my order in the first place which pisses me off because why does the app show the order-out for delivery You can track your the order it the problem being he already had it and i could see he returned back to the store picked my order up from to return it. When I went back into the store to let the clerk (Norma) know, she was very nice and said that the manager (who I will not name because I don't want to embarrass her) was in the bathroom but would credit the charge when she came out. When the manager came out, Norma told her what happened and the manager proceeded to credit the charge. Once she was done, she tried to take the product. I said, "No. I paid for that". She said, "But, I just refunded you your money." Norma explained again that she had scanned the product twice, and I was charged twice. The manager got upset and threw the product down on the counter saying she didn't understand. So, I said, "She charged me twice for it". She still didn't get it. So, she then takes the receipt and flings it across the counter and I watch it hit the floor. Norma tries to explain it to her again, but the explanation still fell on deaf ears. I will be calling/emailing the corporate office to complain. When I lodge my complaint, I will be using her name. It may not do any good, but I am still going to do it! My mom use to say, "It's nice to be nice." I want to say again that Norma, the clerk who checked me out, was very nice and she even apologized for what transpired. I never like to say never, but I don't EVER plan on going back to this Dollar General again, and I used to go very often.

Got to the register and the female employee did not acknowledge me and had a rude attitude when I inquired about an item that I was looking for and left the register after saying that she was NOT IN THE MOOD... and walked away from the register. I've been in twice and there's a certain male employee that is super condescending and straight up rude! Last time I went in and he stared at me the entire time I was in line because he could see I had a return. It was a small return but he already had an attitude as soon as I stepped up to the counter. He kept looking me up and down and rolling his eyes and snickering when he thought I wasn't looking. Then he'd do things wrong and give me wrong instructions but would get impatient when I didn't understand and acted like I was the idiot. It was a truly AWFUL experience and I've never been treated like that before. It was like my very presence was a huge imposition to him. It was bizarre. Then he snapped at me when I asked if I could deposit cash into my Chime app. Again another easy task that he couldn't figure out how to do but yet he acted like I was the problem. Through all of this I still remained patient and polite and respectful. I was never unkind. I have NO idea why he treated me that way. I was going to swing back around and buy a few things but he upset me so much I just left the store as fast as possible. I went and got in my car and thought what in the world was that?! I won't EVER set foot back into that store thanks to this guy. He is awful. I can't be the only one he's treated that way. He struck me as not a nice person in general. And by the way, when he couldn't figure out how to deposit my cash through the Chime app, I left and went down the street to Walgreens and that cashier did it in less than 30 seconds and with a smile. That being said, I want to give a shout out to one of the managers. I stopped by there today and asked if they could possibly give me 12 bags. I deliver for meals on wheels in this area and didn't have enough bags for my meals. The manager gave me a whole box! She didn't have to and I was actually expecting her to turn me down but she went above and beyond! So thank you!

This store closed for several months and everyone in our small area was excited to see the "Big…read morereveal". Unfortunately it wasn't much of a transformation. However with that said I would like to say that they do have more product stocked and the store does appear better stocked and faced. I missed the store although I complained about it a lot previously, it is still the only store close and convienant. So pros are there is more to buy and the employees seem friendly as usual and maybe even some more than previously. And the people around here appreciate that even a less than outstanding store with friendly people and familiar faces is better than no store and having to drive out of the way! Cons are it still smells like dead mice but not as bad and the floors are still looking bad. (Dirty).

Praise the Lord. I walked in and it's pretty crammed in there. However, this DG has fresh Fruits and Vegetables! They have a good selection of drinks and snacks. I was able to walk away with a round Glass Dish with a light blue lid that was decorated with Spring Flowers. I also got a Pink Ice Cream dish and with a matching spoon. The Cashier was not very friendly sort of bland. Oh well. He was probably unhappy because, he was working for the weekend. If you can, I would suggest stopping by here.
