No big deal. So I go in the store to tell the clerk to either get a refund or credit for another wash when it was fixed and I was told "I would have to talk to the owner as she did not have the authority". So I asked for the owners number and was told "I can't do that". So what am I supposed to do? Stop by here randomly to see if the owner is here. Was told "I don't know what to tell you".
