I asked about that when purchasing so I wasn't surprised. The clerk was complimentary so thanks to her the transaction went well. The place is well organized and has a lot of as seen on tv items. Be sure you want something there before buying it because you can not get your money back and you may have to get something just to get your money's worth on the transaction. Also I was told before the purchase that I could not try the product to make sure it worked. That would have prevented a return.

Your best bet is to come here and hopefully, they might have the item you're looking for that you saw on tv. They also have a good amount of tools for the tools lover for your family and friends, but I didn't bother to check the prices on them. I would suggest doing some research on the items you want and who knows, you could be saving money by doing it like that. The reason for the two star is the employee that behind the counter didn't not once acknowledge us or ask if we needed any help and the funny thing is that the place isn't even that big which mean you don't have a choice but to interact with your customers.

There are also many toys, games, books and housewares available at very low thrift store prices. And if you need help finding something in particular, there's usually a store employee putting out recently donated items on the shelves or hangers. I just wish that there were more treasure hunting items available to purchase, but these items don't seem to make it out of the distribution area of the store, which is unfortunate. All in all, this store is setup to meet people's needs versus wants. It is what it is.

Their clothing is definitely not of the best quality, but they are at too cheap to believe prices. I scored a cute summery top I can't wait to wear when the weather warms up. They also have a small home section. The checkout took a little longer than I wanted with only one person in line in front of me. The main thing they need to change is their fitting rooms. They are literally just out in the middle of the store, and the doors don't even meet the floor. I heard a little boy say hello to me, and even though I didn't see him....I heard his momma yell at him for looking under the door while I was changing. She told him not to ever do it again, so watch your back if you use their changing rooms!

Several items come in at greater than the price point called out in the name. This store itself is ok, it could be partially because they didn't have anything I was interested in and I would guess that could change based on the season of the year (or holiday). They very clearly rotate stock to match the time of year. For example, they currently have some Christmas items on hand.
