Day Staff facilitated drop off of deceased friends items for review. When we dropped off items, staff said they would call when review was complete. They called 15 min prior to closing & I asked if it would be ok if we picked up the returns on Monday & I gave them all the account info they requested. Since they were closed Sunday, they said no problem, no rush & contract could be signed Monday upon pickup. They said they kept a basket of clothes to sell. When we got home, the store manager called after hours. (She was not there when we dropped off. ) She asked us to come pick up the clothes now. We returned to find all of items out on the curb. She came out to accuse us of not following rules we had never heard of. She claimed we violated rules by not waiting 10 minutes for clothes review & didn't sign the contract yet so they weren't going to keep any items. Neither 'rule' was ever mentioned at drop off. She threw her staff & customers under the bus & did not back up staff on all the things we coordinated with them. She decided to punish the customer instead. Never seen anything like it. She should not manage a business or people.

The building looks small on the outside but it has a LOT to offer on the inside. Spent some time walking around looking at antiques, collectibles, furniture, knick-knacks and such. There is so much merchandise to browse through, I went back the next day, and ended up purchasing some items. I'm already planning to go back a third time. If you have an hour or so to spare, this is a great place to go for collectibles and nostalgia!

The best items are on the second floor, but expect to wander around aimlessly for some time because of the strange layout, which is quite labyrinthine. Kinda sparse, not as loaded down with Shenanigans as the other head shop place in Spfld. But they have also been here a mad long time so, I take that into consideration. But I am absolutely giving this place some stars because my first and only trip in there, the owner was WHEEZING and CRYING with laughter because he sprayed some friends that had walked in with fart spray. It was absolutely gnarly and smelled like 3 week old boiled eggs. Smelled awful, but very to funny watch. 4/5. Please bring in Jewelry at decent prices :,)
