Another frustration was many items were out of stock or very low in stock. And the cherry on the top was when I noticed the cashier charged me ~$14.00 for 3 broccoli crowns in which I commented that this must be an error. It ended up being $2.90! Was the cashier a new employee? Maybe but no excuse. So, people make sure you watch your orders as they are being rung up. I have stopped here several times as it is close to my workout center and find the employees less than friendly. I have decided to NEVER do my weekly shopping at this location again. Management needs to step up or step out because this current store manager is NOT doing his/her job.

I've never had anybody at either of those Aldi's ever act rudely to a patron when I've been in there, I'm just beginning to wonder if the attitude that those complainers are putting forward in the first place are inviting reciprocating rudeness. I'm not saying Aldi is perfect. I'm just saying all the years I've been going to them. I Have never seen any type of rudeness to me or any of the patrons in store.

I normally frequent the Elkhart CR 6 Dollar Tree, and while that store is significantly smaller, it's always stocked up on pretty much everything. It was the exact opposite at this store.. lots of space, but not enough products put out. There was 1'+ spacing between items on shelves, many of which were empty. I essentially walked in and walked out. Today I was at my MIL's house, whom lives about 2 miles from here. I thought I would save myself a trip all the way to Elkhart by just stopping at this location. To be sure they had what I was looking for in stock (refillable travel sized bottles), I called ahead. Nobody cared enough to answer. I decided to head the couple of miles to Elkhart instead, at least there I know they'd have what I'm looking for. Lost a customer simply because they couldn't answer the phone.
