And that's the thing, there are other employees who will be actively working, restocking, etc, and then will make eye contact with a line of 10+ people and keep going about their business while one person works the register. I know it's frustrating to me, and I can see the frustration increasing from everyone else in line.

It's one of the few drive-through car washes in the area that I can use because I have a rear luggage rack on my vehicle that bans me from other car washes in the area. The problem is, this car wash is usually OUT OF SERVICE. I've checked every day this week and see it's still closed. This is so frustrating as I have two car wash coupons that will expire soon if I can't use them. Other than a non-working car wash, though, customer service here is great, the place is kept clean, and they are normally well-stocked. The hot breakfast and lunch food items run out early, though.

I always get prompt, friendly and professional assistance here. One employee stands out, and that is the tall German assistant, Edgar. That man certainly knows his way around tools and other areas of DIY. While many prices are higher than at other larger hardware stores, the quality of product and service here can't be beat. Even the garden center has plants that are not over-fertilized so that when you take them home, they die from nitrogen withdrawal. Most plants I get from Ace survive and thrive.

On a recent Friday night while a friend and I were picking up supplies at multiple hardware stores simultaneously for a large project we were starting the next day, I was fortunate to be the one picking up the needed tools at Harbor Freight. Their app showed that they limited stock of a tool that was key to our project (it also happened to be on sale). When I got there 10 minutes before closing, one of their associates looked in their system and saw they only had one left in stock, pointing me to the aisle where it was normally located. When I couldn't find it, they helped me check the end caps on all the aisles, locating the one tool they had in the store. They then helped me make sure the accessories I was buying for the tool were the right ones.
