Today the store shelves are not full but I found everything I need inside the store. So my shopping…read moreexperience was decent. Usually I order online and schedule pickup but technical difficulties prevented that. So to summarize 1. Low stock, 2. Technical difficulties with app... But what got my goat was the healthy Walmart employee I saw park in the handicap space closest to the door, look me right in the eye and speed walk right into the store. As I was checking out I saw the same employee in the self checkout area eyeing customers. The experience with the employee bothered me so much I'm writing this negative review. You might say let it go but I could have benefits using that space. I'm recovering from a stroke and I'm using a walking stick to manage my balance as I walk. I couldn't have parked there, no placard so no big deal you say. I say it is a big deal. Walmart should want their employees to show a higher standard as they represent Walmart. This employer has as placard displayed in the windshield no no law is broken but there was not a disabled person exciting the car and this Walmart employee just wanted a close parking spot. I'm disappointed that although no law was broken Walmart doesn't have a policy regarding able bodied employees using handicap parking simply to be closer to the door.

Just went in and as I tried to check out I was told that they don't have cash registers open so I…read morehave to use the card only even though my entire reason for being there was to load money on my card so I could pay my bills, The cashier then tries to load money on my card and then tells me she has no idea what she's doing. I start getting complaints from behind me because I'm holding up the line. I'm sorry that money services are not open. She calls the manager over who then proceeds to make up a bullshit lie on the fly about how those services just aren't open and I need to come back at 7:00 when the entire time i've been listening that she's been trying to deal with some type of cash issue " something to do with Big Bertha" in the back and it's very clear she just doesn't have time to deal with me. I remark "man, it's kind of funny how you guys love to make up bullshit like this on the fly huh as I walk out and I can hear the manager mocking me behind my back. So I decided to go to front desk and ask to file a formal complaint. She then tells me she's the manager on duty and keeps doubling down on her bs. I tell her to f off and walk out and leave my cart on side of service desk and as I walk out she tells me I'm banned. Man I fucking hate this store.

Wow. I can't say enough about that staff at this place. Everyone was super friendly and helpful…read more My sister and I made a trip to come here and eat and we are so happy we did! We were seated in Justin's section and if you go there please ask for him! He is so friendly, helpful and loves working there! I had the breakfast cowboy burrito, it was good but I was also very happy with the salsa it came with. The salsa wasn't watery, and had a little bite to It. My sister got the veggie scramble she said it was great. We also wanted to try the cheesy grits, I'm a huge grit fan but honestly, these fell short. They had an enamel after taste from the crock they came in and seriously needed salt. But other than that everything was really good! Definitely make a reservation ahead of time as they do get busy!

I really can't believe I'm here. This was on my bucket list so now I can check it off. The only…read morething better would be if the pioneer woman herself appeared. I did some heavy duty shopping at the Merc.!!!! and also left behind probably a dozen more things I would've loved to have picked up and brought home. Yes, I would say it's a little more expensive than your average kitchen supply store but if you're going to somewhere upscale, I would say the prices are in line with that type of property. Lucky me -I made reservations for lunch for myself (since the boys decided they did not want anything to do with my shopping extravaganza!) I can't get over the quality and the quantity of the food. It's absolutely fabulous. They gave me complementary biscuits and homemade strawberry rhubarb jam. I would rate it five star -the biscuits just which you would like- light and fluffy and the jam freshly made and delicious. I also ordered what was called olive bread just because I love olives so much. I thought it would be a piece or two of bread with olives but instead it's like four or five pieces of bread, so I'll definitely be taking some home and it will become my dinner along with whatever else I have left because their portions are very generous. For my main course, I ordered the cornbread fish over rice and creamed spinach. It's not only beautiful and don't you know we eat with our eyes first!! Well, just take a look for yourself. Oh, me oh my happy day.!!!! Justin is my server. Everyone in both the restaurant and retail area have been absolutely wonderful and have helped me a couple times as I had questions and then I brought a baking pan down to pay for it with all my other Mercantile items not knowing that if the merch is up in the bakery, you gotta pay for it in the bakery....I did get a lot of stuff up there- some cookies, brownie and scones and some "vintage" candy for my husband. I don't know why I didn't put that small Bundt pan on the counter!! They actually have a beautiful staircase, but they also have an elevator so with my bum leg that was my choice. I took the mini Bundt pan back up, paid for it and then proceeded to take my three XL or maybe even 2XL Mercantile Brown Handled Bags out to my trunk. (I hope that my husband doesn't put me on top of the car for the ride home!!!) ----at the very least, I'm probably going to be squished in the backseat with those bags and my 72# dog; however, this was TOTALLY worth it. I can't stop smiling. I love it here. All that shopping made me hungry and timing was perfect so once my bags were safely in the trunk -I walked right up to the hostess stand -she confirmed my table was ready and I was seated on a very comfy cushioned area that was behind my 2-top but I believe it extended to either side of me where the tables were both 4-tops. Justin was my server and he was fantastic. He took excellent care of me and I observed him giving the same high quality customer service to customers at his other tables. He had that charming OK accent and indeed told me he had lived at the next little town all his life. We had actually passed through Bartlesville on the way to "The Bunkhouse" (our ABNB for the 2-nights which was very near Pawhuska. (I'll be posting other reviews regarding the "Merc" mercantile and general store and the merchandise available and what I purchased.) This is one of my best days ever. The only thing that could've added to my joy was if Ree Drummond herself made an appearance. I was shocked when I went out to leave for home and found the Drummond Ranch truck parked next to my car. I never found out if it was just parked there as an advertisement, (although I don't think they need any advertising), or if there was a Drummond on the premises. I didn't mention I took 2 Turkey Bacon Club Sandwiches along with the home made potato chips (they came with each sandwich) and a side of MacNCheese which is what the boys chose from the menu. Happy to report that everything was made to order as requested and my family enjoyed their meal just as much as I did-however they missed the incredible ambience!!!
