We went looking for a marine battery and at least they had a few but if you needed tires, oil change or help in automotive, there is none of that. I'm not sure why this store has so many bad reviews. It was incredibly clean and the staff was very helpful. It's right off the freeway and next to the hotel, which was helpful as well. It's the only "big" store in town and has a great selection for a small town. read more

I loved how clean and organized it is. I got some cut meats and cheese from the Deli and Kenneth was just wonderful. He was quick to help and polite. I was on my electric wheelchair, so he came around the counter to put the meats in my cart. He asked if i needed anything else. I asked him where the bread isle was so i can make a sandwich because i was just passing along on my way to Colorado. He walked with me to the bread isle and got the bread i wanted for me and helped me do my grocery shopping. Excellent customer service at this WALMART. read more

Worst customer service in the world. Dumbest group of employees I've ever seen. Crackheads and idiots. Took 20 minutes to buy a tv. Another 10 to get the security band off of it just to be told I couldn't push the cart it was on out by myself and they had no one to do it for me. Took the cart myself yelled at by 3 of them with a total of 5 teeth between them. Walmart should offer a dental plan to employees. They all would only qualify as one set of teeth. read more

Wow, this is by far the cleanest, nicest looking Walmart I have EVER been it! Every thing is organized and so easy to find what you are looking for. Everyone was so nice and friendly as well so that was a plus! When traveling you never know what to expect but honestly if you pass by or are in Vinita OK and need anything, stop by their Walmart!! read more

It's been forever since I've been inside a Wal-Mart. I generally avoid Wal-Mart. I forgot my dang Ethernet cable, and needed one asap. Guess what? The Holiday Inn is right next (within walking distance) to this Wal-Mart. This is the cleanest Wal-mart I have ever visited. It's also probably the safest. It is layed out backwards from other Wal-Marts I've visited. It has a nice grocery department, electronics, clothing and housewares. The staff were helpful, and not tired as in other Wal marts. They had what I needed and check out was fast. I saw some snacks that caught my eye I might want to get tomorrow. Really, I am reviewing a Wal-mart, but it seems to be the only happening store in this area. read more

I go into your store less and less. For the past 4 months have not been able to get a money order, given the same excuse that it is broken. If you are not going to replace it, take down that you sell them. I would rather drive to Owasso or Miami than use your store, the manager who apparently is another fairly new one dose not care that things are broken or that employees stand around doing nothing when you can have 10 people in the one open lane. I won't use your self check machines, they don't always work, expecially if you have to weigh something. You need big changes in this store or as I have scene no will be coming in there. read more

So there are so many associates but not one of them want to help.. Okay, you approach two women behind the electronics counter...one exclaimed "I don't work for WalMart (perfect)" and the other not one word. I came here with my mom to switch her phone from US Cellular to Straight We went to Walmart in Grove, OK yesterday and we were told that YES! WE CAN SWITCH NO PROBLEM. But because we didn't have all my mom's account info, we decided to come to Walmart in Vinita, OK today. We waited for at least 10 min for someone to assist us. A staff member finally came and requested to help us switch my mom's phone. He was puzzled and apparently didn't know the answer so he called his supervisor. Not even a second or two he answered NO, WE DON't and CAN'T DO IT. Really? I explained the situation and he bluntly said, NO, CANNOT BE DONE!!! Awful service.
