He then walked straight back to the meat department. Customer service is awful. Self-checkout is the only option and it is poorly attended. Three days ago it took my wife and I 25 minutes to check out 3 items because the self-checkout kept malfunctioning and nobody was readily available to help us. It's obvious that nobody at this store cares.

After multiple visits I have only encountered one employee that was barely civil (service desk) and everyone else no matter what time of day has been very pleasant. And I have shopped during all shifts between 6am and 10pm on weekdays and during the weekend. I also like the fact this chain is employee owned. And they stock my favorite brand of bacon - Kunzler.i despise grocery shopping normally but I can definitely tolerate, and perhaps enjoy, shopping in this clean, uncluttered, friendly store.

Some of the good voices are a Mexican place that announces tacos, soups, salads all kinds of goods. A backer that sells yummy lattes, regular coffee and delicious donuts. A basket department with fresh breads, pies, pastries and such. Deli and meats. Hot foods, my daughter absolutely loved their loaded fries. The last is a smoothie pretzel station .... The steak and cheese pretzel roll is so good, oh my I just loved it, my daughter and her friend liked the chicken bacon ranch one. I will say the pretzel by itself was just as tasty and the mini dogs and pretzel dogs looked mighty good as well, and well yes, the peach smoothie was on point. Robinson's had a huge selection of recliners. The young woman who helped me, answered my questions and provided lots of time to try them out which was much appreciated. The recliner I purchased is perfect for me since I am short. Not oversized and very comfortable. Controller easy to use. I bought my recliner on Saturday and was able to have it delivered Tuesday since in stock. There's a delivery fee but felt worth it. I have been using my recliner every day and night. I sleep in my recliner because of my back injury. Has the feature of lifting me up to a standing position which is helpful. A girl at the front counter this morning with dark hair and glasses said she could not exchange a $5 bill for quarters unless there was a transaction. She gave me a smirk as if she was proud of herself one-upping a customer. I understand the rule, but I took back the money and said her behavior was unacceptable. Walgreens needs to remind their employees of common courtesy to their customers. A frequent customer.
