Three days ago it took my wife and I 25 minutes to check out 3 items because the self-checkout kept malfunctioning and nobody was readily available to help us. I bought my recliner on Saturday and was able to have it delivered Tuesday since in stock. There's a delivery fee but felt worth it. I have been using my recliner every day and night. I sleep in my recliner because of my back injury. Has the feature of lifting me up to a standing position which is helpful. A girl at the front counter this morning with dark hair and glasses said she could not exchange a $5 bill for quarters unless there was a transaction. She gave me a smirk as if she was proud of herself one-upping a customer. I understand the rule, but I took back the money and said her behavior was unacceptable. The owner is super nice. Once I bought orange Civia plant and few months into it wasn't doing well. I brought it back to show and ask for advice on what is wrong & what to do. They took the plant, treated it and kept for a while in the greenhouse till it became vibrant again and called me to pick it up. I appreciate that kind of customer service. That's why I continue to support this nursery and always happy to stop by and pick a new plant.
