I received an email confirmation stating my order was ready for pickup. When I arrived, I waited at the deli area for a while before getting someone's attention. I explained that I was there to pick up my order, and the associate informed me that a manager would be coming out to speak with me. At that moment, I had a feeling something was wrong. Bobby, the manager, came out and explained that they had not received any orders. I immediately felt sick to my stomach, and I think he noticed because he quickly reassured me that he had a plan. Bobby explained that while the turkeys had not arrived yet, he would fulfill everything else on my order. His calm and proactive approach instantly put me at ease. Although I didn't get the turkey, I was just grateful to have food for my residents. Bobby was absolutely amazing--polite, kind, and professional throughout the entire situation.
