They put my groceries in a cooler for me so I could get payment. I live 18 miles one way, and had a full schedule. According to the website, it states Debit, credit visa, MasterCard, and American Express So either employees are not properly trained, or the website is wrong.

I tell him I just need some plastic food containers and he doesn't tell me where I can find them, but he does "escort" me over to where they are located. In the end they did not have the style of container I needed, and I ended up going to the Dollar Tree and buying them instead. After all that fun at Dollar General I am surprised that I wasn't told to take my pants off. My pants had some nice large side pockets, something that easily could have stashed some nice items! This GO is in a good location and is a large building. Grocery Outlet is definitely a place to try if you've never been to one. They take inventory from stores or businesses that are overstocked or have items that aren't moving. The 1st time she called for people using just cards. I got in the line at her register right behind the same family that was in front of me in line to begin with. She told me the line is not there, and yelled for people using just a card again. I told her I was originally in line right behind the people who were in front of me. She rolled her eyes. I started to put my items on the counter. Her tone was really rude when she told me "your scanning stuff " I did not know the counter also has a scanner on top of it Yestrrday i askedbhow much an item was & she stated "its on the yellow sticker on the peg where you got it." I let her know they were at endnof an aisle and there no stickers. She fi ally told me the price as she rolled her eyes and acted put out I dare shop there let alone have a question. There was also black sqare things..likely from the produce case, not sure what they are called .. all over the floor with no cones or warnings... the cooler case was dark & empty. I have not seen this store in thos level of disarray before. Sorry Sutherlin Dollar General..I prefer respectful cashiers.. so I will stick to Bi-Mart if I can't get to Roseburg, as long as you allow your staff to treat customers poorly.

That is a fired hazard. I don't want you to shut down again for weeks but legally this store can't be designed like this. The stuff that needs to be put away makes it impossible to even fit your cart through the middle meaning a disabled person in a wheelchair can't even shop at this store. Also trying to buy milk and you have to wait for someone to turn in cans? This is a grocery store. Get the f out the way. I was there one day two young guys wanting to return an electronic. The line started growing and wrapped around all the way to almost the milk. A manager had to come up and help with the dumb waste of time return. Have two registers open if some idiot needs to take 10 min to do a return.
