Now its been 2 weeks and I still don't have it. It's been a huge problem and has greatly affected my business. Their "small town" feel and a "small town" mentality doesn't have any idea how the real world works and they no regard or concern for urgent needs of their customers. Very disappointed in their lack of concern for the problems and money I have lost because of their error.
