One star off bc our cashier, who was young and brand new was kind of apathetic when I asked her a question she didn't know the answer to. I got a "I dunno... it's literally my third day. You'll have to ask my manager".... instead of getting her manager. mkaaay... I have visited this store many times and have always enjoyed shopping here. I love finding unique…read moreclothing and trinkets, and until recently my experiences have always been positive. Over the past couple of months, however, I have noticed what appears to be a change in management at this location. The current manager is often rude not only to customers but especially to employees. On multiple occasions, I have witnessed him publicly reprimanding employees in front of customers, and when calling for staff members, his tone is frequently aggressive and unnecessarily loud. What makes this particularly unfortunate is that the employees themselves are consistently kind, helpful, efficient, and seem to do an excellent job. They are always quick to assist customers and contribute greatly to the positive atmosphere of the store. It is disappointing to see them treated in a manner that appears disrespectful and unprofessional. Despite these concerns, I still enjoy shopping at this store and would recommend it for its reasonably priced clothing, accessories, and unique finds. My hope is that management will take steps to foster a more respectful and supportive environment for both employees and customers.
