I over heard the checker talking about how she knew lots of people who got sick from the vaccine - ok. Whatever. I'll just shop and ignore the idiocy. The shopping, however, was as bad as the hygiene and Covid precautions. The only ONLY bright spot is that they did have decent books but I didn't spend a lot of time there looking because I felt unsafe. They also have racist signage that was appallingly bad. One was a cartoon Ollie dressed as an Asian caricature. The other was advertising rugs and said "Oriental". Just blatantly bad. I'll not come here again.

They past couple of times I have bought meat from HEB it has not been up to the usual HEB standards. What is going on with the quality of meat that HEB is selling? I drive over 25 miles one way to purchase meat from HEB. After the past few visits, I will be shopping for meat some where else.

I couldn't pronounce the name correctly and one of the sons said " what did you say?" I replied trying to say the name. he said " you mean ****". I said my bad yes sir. he said" why are you even here you probably don't even know what pokemon are". I was like okay my apologies I asked to get 4 booster bundles for me and my wife to open his response " absolutely not" keep in mind the signs all over the store say 4 pokemon items per customer. ( I have bought multiple bundles from here before). I brought it up " I thought the signs for the limit of 4 is for all items besides the etbs and upcs. he replied with" this is my store and I can limit products how I want. I said" i completely agree" he then said. "I will not sell you four because I do not support what you do with them". I apologized if I offended him and explained I wasn't a scalper/reseller even provided photos and videos of me and my wife opening every product I have bought from them. he still wouldn't sell me the 4 bundles. I then walked out and walked back in about 5 min later to buy just the one because all other stores get hit instantly by scalpers. everyone there is completely rude besides the mom she is very sweet.
