My 73 year old mother and I visited the store on Friday July 16, 2021 and I was astonished that the AC in the store was STILL not working. They had two large floor fans in the store but unless you were standing in front of them, you could not feel the air; much less it was circulating hot air in the store. The store should be shut down to due health concerns. They obviously do not care about their employees as well. Having them work in those conditions with small fans. I spoke with the employees and none of them were happy working in the store due to the heat, but as they stated "I need a paycheck", so I can understand and I sympathize with them. I am assuming the business can not be thriving due to the broken AC as there were not many people in the store. The only reason I shopped in the store was because I needed a few things for my house, and since I was there I figured I might as well grab what I can. By the time I was done shopping my hair was wet and my clothes stuck to my body. My mother had to stay by the fan for the air due to her having COPD. I will NEVER shop in Roses store at this location again. I am in search of another location!

I received follow-up emails and text messages for the pickup, where the donated furniture was going, and reassurance that the family furniture was going to the right place. Because the furniture was too big for me to move outside, and as Restore can't come into the house, Restore assigned the pick-up to Bulk Brothers. Bulk Brothers acknowledged the assignment, and began their own follow-up text messages, keeping me informed of the vehicle license plate that would do the pickup, driver, and time for pick up.
