This is a nice little Aldi location, perhaps smaller than others, but nice inside. It was quite…read morebusy late afternoon but the staff was efficient and really went above and beyond to be friendly and helpful. Things were decently organized and stocked. If you don't know about Aldi, you need to know. They have many higher end items, for at least a dollar less or more than your regular grocery store. For instance, Simply OJ at Kroger, they have the same thing, bottle and all, without the name brand on it and it tastes EXACTLY the same but is much cheaper. There are top of the line cheeses and meats, quality produce, and many dietary restriction items such as for gluten free etc. My favorite thing is their limited time items that include everything from Italian food, to garden and patio items, even furniture. Wine? Mimosas? Margaritas? Yeah they got that! Bring your own bags and a returnable quarter for the shopping cart... just another way they keep the costs down.

Okay I'm 53 years old and pretty much just now learning how to cook. Obviously we've ate out a lot…read morebut since I'm not working right now I thought I should make the effort to try to do more cooking. Someone recommended that I go in here and I am amazed at the difference in the price. The important thing to know about coming here is you need to bring your own way of carrying out the groceries whether it be bags or boxes. Sometimes they will have an area with boxes from the stuff they've been packed that you can take. But I would come prepared with some kind of bags. What's the first thing you need to know is to get a car to need a quarter you stick your quarter in and it releases the lock on your cart and when you put your cart back in you put the chain back and the quarter pops out so you do get your quarterback. Or sometimes I've seen people pay it forward and just hand people there cart obviously forfeiting their quarter. The other thing to know is payment they do not accept credit cards you have to either do cash or debit card. Things here are ridiculously cheap it's a great place to get Frozen things meat cheese can things. Produce is stuff that you really need to use very fast. I'd say either produce his stuff that doesn't last as long as other places so it must be older but if you're going to use it immediately no problem. I got a cart full of groceries including a bunch of meat for $100 that included two packages of chicken two packages of bacon stew meat salmon hamburger it was amazing. If you've never been to an Aldis I would definitely see if there's one in your area and give it a try like I said take a quarter and some kind of bags to carry it and your debit card.

Honestly, I don't know why this place gets business. Sure, they post deals here and there, but…read moreeverything seems more expensive than Walmart or Kroger's, and they aren't that cheap either! Today, I wanted to return a pint glass of milk they're selling for $2 off, but apparently I had to have a receipt (despite I hardly go there anyway except for milk or bread), and the old lady cashier can't look it up until I paid for everything and then look it up at a machine far away and then give it to me the next time I come in. So, I tried to pay but got issues with the tap purchase I was using, and then the lady wrung me up for an extra candy (I got 4 for $5 Cadbarry eggs), so once I was done I just left and told them to keep the bottle. Overall, I'm never coming back to this place. The Atomsphere just feels cheap and lifeless for an independent store, customer service can be frustrating, and overall most groceries can be bought at Kroger's or Aldi's for $1-2 less than what they offer. Just stay away, or be aware of what you're buying.

I just left this store not even 10 minutes ago with some raspberries for my toddler only to find out they had mold on them. It's sad that the employees here don't care about serving their customers fresh groceries. They are just there for a check. The employees are also rude. Last time I went in, as soon as I got to the register the lady walked off. I had a line behind me as well. We sat there for probably a good 5 minutes waiting for her to return and ring up my groceries. Please drive the extra 15 minutes to Kroger or Meijer because this store is not worth it.
