I explained what had happened he apologized and I showed him my phone. He just stared at it and said, I'm sorry??!! I told him to forget it and I just won't come back, he said I'm sorry. I said on my way out,"if you were sorry you would have done something"! I truly believe he really didn't know what to do? I hope to goodness he wasn't the manager!!! I've been in management for 30 years and I have never had such an incompetent service person? I frequent this piggly wiggly at least 3-4 times a month and never leave there without spending over $100, I know that's not much but this day and age everyone is trying to be frugal. I was impressed they made a mother's room and family restroom finally. Stocking is always going on, so the aisles get pretty crowded. The shelving is disorganized alot of the times. It is hard to find workers on the floor. This parking lot, man, I never feel safe in it. I have just had too many uncomfortable encounters in it, so I might just never feel safe no matter what. They did put in police cameras and have a police officer up front. But eeeehhhhh....still not feeling it.
