The aisles are wide and easy to shop. Sale items are clearly marked, but beware of the fine print! I used to fall for it, but now I know better. To get the lowest price possible, you have to download the app and load them onto your card. Sometimes, their items can be pricey without coupon savings. I don't normally shop here, but it's the only place around whenever I'm in Florence. I believe they do offer curbside pickup if you place an order online. I also have concerns about how items are being weighed and priced. There have been instances where the weights didn't seem accurate, which directly affects what customers are charged. That kind of inconsistency raises serious questions about fairness and trust. I understand that working in retail can be stressful, but that doesn't justify taking it out on customers. Respectful service and accurate pricing are basic expectations. At this point, I avoid the deli here unless I absolutely have to.
