I had a flat tire on my truck but aired it up enough to get to the appointment. When I arrived, I was greeted by two store associates arguing over how to check me in and a mechanic who rudely informed me I was parked in the wrong spot. I was told it would take an hour to install my new tires and that I would be paged when the job was done. After waiting about 45 minutes, I went to check on the progress, only to be told that the mechanic claimed my truck weighed 10,000 lbs and was too heavy for their hoist. I explained that my truck weighs around 7,000 lbs and that the hoist should have no problem handling it. Despite this, they refused to install my tires. To make matters worse, they left the new tires in the back of my truck and left me to figure out how to get home with a flat tire. This was absolutely horrible customer service. On top of not providing the service I had already paid for, the mechanic clearly didn't know what he was talking about. I will never use the Shawano Walmart Auto Center again and strongly recommend finding a different shop for your vehicle needs.

I love Lotza Motzas pizzas and they were over 8 bucks. At my local store they are 7. At another store they are 5 each. Other stuff was over expensive than my local store. What they have on sale tho is awesome. They had a bag of potatoes for 1.00. Stores is very clean. Great location. Clerks at the check out were nice and kind. What I don't like is they can't find people who want to work so only 3 check outs were open and all self check out. So spend a hour looking for your things, then u have to spend 15 minutes in like to check out or do u'r own check u out which can be an issue if u can't get things to scan and so on. Anyways good place compared to ones in GB. Until the next review Steve-O.
