I realize that no business is perfect and I don't expect Ingles to be that way either. The…read moremanagement here truly leaves a lot to be desired. Amazingly, they have employed some really helpful and courteous people. The hourly paid store associates get five stars from me. I'd be hard pressed to give two stars to their superiors! The one outstanding and redeeming quality about Ingles is their wonderful sub sandwiches. They use Boar's Head meats. They save the day for Ingles! This stuff is far and beyond better than the meats used at nationally recognizable sub restaurants. It's better than good; it's unreal! Ingles; you still have a long way to go to being on the same level as Publix! Keep serving that fantastic Boar's Head meats on your subs! I'll continue to hang in there with you!

I spoke with a food-lion worker she said it happens. Like it's normal for them. Talk with the cashier about it he said I need to go talk next in command. Next day I talk with the manager Jason brought up the mess and the problem he said he will have the milk lady clean in the morning. This was 9:30pm 4/29/2026 there was no attempt on doing something right away to get the place sanitized. I understand that I was not heard and nothing was done to fix the unsanitary problem.

Amazingly, the first thing I encountered when approaching this store was a Food Lion tractor trailer unloading desperately anticipated supplies. Thank You Food Lion for tending to the immediate needs of these good folks! Back to yesterday. I absolutely love Carolina Pride thick sliced beef bologna. Almost impossible to find. I'm satisfied that's the main reason so many folks were shopping here today. I wouldn't want to say that Ingles's has the lowest prices in the world but they do offer some pretty decent weekly specials. I deducted one star because the parking lot is cramped and the parking spaces seemed unusually tight. All things considered, this is a very good place to shop.

I also bought one bag of frozen chicken tenderloins shelf price 7.69 USD. per bag. At checkout it scanned at 7.99 per bag. The Aldi assistant manager was standing behind the checkout lady when I caught this error. She immediately went to check the price. I was pretty convinced that the higher price was correct as a large number of food items are going up daily. I didn't get an apology and I wasn't looking for one either. I did get a lame explanation as to what happened though. She said the cold temperatures in the freezer caused the correct price to disappear! Ok my three year old grandson would have believed that story! A little insulting but more funny than insulting! This was the first time I've found incorrect pricing at this Aldi and it was comical seeing the shocked expression on the assistant managers face! I still like Aldi a lot!

A friend told us about this Location that there is a meat market here with great meat. This is located across from the post office we go to. Come to find out the name has changed from Sammy's to Drop in Family Market. I had just bought a bunch of meat to freeze so I waited to buy anything. Just wanted but will for sure come back real soon to buy some steaks. Crazy we hadn't heard about this place before now. Over all it's a good size store and they carry pretty much everything you need. Clean and welll organized. Besides being a gas station. Will be back soon and will update then.

Always wished they would open in Vegas. Maybe they will make it out that way someday now that I no longer live there. So I get to come here now! Nothing has changed you still have to put the .25 cents in to get a cart, which is a great idea so carts go back where they belong or someone will return for you and take the quarter :) My Mom told me I needed to get here because they got Lobster in. Well Christmas is at my parents and guess what I bought? 2 Lobster tails for each of us! (Even though my Mom bought a big Ham from here as well) The one thing I like about here is the different items you can find. As well as they sell other gift ideas too in a isle. I bought my under the counter Dvd/ Tv here years ago. After the lobsters I ended up walking out of here spending $100 when I had no plans of buying anything else. There is one cashier that needs to slow down though, I think he is on speed. He literally goes so fast he throws the food in the cart as he rings you up. He says " I got you" if you tell him not to crush anything. I have never seen someone ring so fast, like it's a contest. The women Cashier's have always been very nice.
