We were there for brats, leaving with apple, beer, whiskey and mango habanero as well as two pounds of hamburger. The brats cooked up perfectly. Apple and beer were sort of plain, as expected. Whiskey was spicy. Mango habanero was the most surprising. The sweet balanced out the heat so well that I ate many more bits of these than I expected. The price per pound was better than the local butchers around Lawrence. We also had a couple of cocktails at a very reasonable $6 apiece. Both were tasty.

I begged him to let it go and hurry up to finish up our shopping quickly I seen him again over in the dog food area and again at the laundry soap it made my anxiety increase I started to feel like i couldn't breathe. we rushed as fast as we could to get out of there before I passed out we get to self checkout and there he was again I just started scanning my stuff I just wanted to get out of there. As soon as I finished paying for my items my husband tells me that red headed guy was watching you on a I pad while we checked out that was the same person who was following me around. He made me feel very uncomfortable the entire time and scared the whole time I was in the store. I got home and was looking at my items and I bought some wrong things that I can't use because I just grabbed and left when I seen him the second time in makeup isle. I felt like he was harassing me and now I don't even want to go back to the store to exchange my items that I bought wrong. I've never stole or give any reason to be followed that was extreme in my opinion. next time I will have my phone out recording you can't follow ppl and make them feel uncomfortable like that without any reason or a word to the customer. There were two charges on my bank account of $225. I knew one was a temporary hold and should drop off. Eight days later it still had not dropped off. Kroger customer service is a joke; they are rude and dismissive. They basically told me to go F myself and that they were going to do anything about holding my $225 hostage. It is now a holiday weekend, and by the time the banks open I will have been without this money for 10 days. Now I must dispute it with the bank and wait an additional 7 days. It will then be 17 days that Dillons/Kroger has held my money. At this point they owe me interest on that money. Customer service at the store is zero help, and Kroger customer service was the opposite of help. I'm still trying to find corporate numbers to call and see if they even care enough to take action. This is despicable and disgraceful and illegal.

Unfortunately I had Chemotherapy yesterday so we didn't get there until almost 8pm and when we asked this very nice lady Laura about the Deli she said it closed at 7pm. So we still found almost everything we needed and out of know where Laura finds us at the front and tells us she could help us at the Deli and she did. This kind of Customer Service is kind of rare these days but not at Dillon's. Before I became I'll I worked in retail and can recognize true devoted, dedicated employees and Laura is one of them. I took a few minutes to track down the Store Manager and shared our experience with her but this kind of over and beyond Customer Service needs to shared in public.
