I found the staff to be warm and welcoming and I really appreciated having someone to not only scan my groceries but bag them and offer to help me to the car as well. I found the aisles to be handicapped accessible and they have several battery operated scooters available. I was pleasantly surprised that the prices were not only lower than several competitors but they still give fuel points with points given toward a fuel discount. Lastly the bathroom was tidy. I've been searching for an alternative to the big W and today I rediscovered my appreciation of good customer service and decent pricing. 4/5 given for a long wait at the deli. I'll be back!!!

You'll need to bring a quarter to release your shopping cart (which you get back when you return the cart), you'll need to bring your own shopping bags (or buy one from ALDI) and you'll be bagging your own groceries. Easy enough if you understand that it's all to keep the prices as low as possible. Bread, fresh produce, dairy, frozen and even beer/wine with an excellent meat selection (as cheap as it gets) and lots of it. This store was clean, well stocked and very clean. I looked over and saw two ladies in line and the cashier was screaming at the second screaming at her telling her she should not have put up her groceries on the belt because the first person had not put up all of hers yet, but she kept screaming at this poor lady. It was truly horrible, and I felt for the lady being screamed I felt for her first hand because the employee that was screaming at her actually screamed at me one time and I had to speak to the manager and nothing happened. I don't know what the name was she had brown reddish maybe in a ponytail. The lady being screamed at looked at her with tears in her eyes and said could you please call your manager and she screamed at her and said I am the manager why do you guys not train your employees to be nice to customers they are what pays your check. I was this lady that got screamed at. I saw the customer being screamed at walk away to avoid further confrontation. I don't know what happened after that because I and went outside, but while I was outside, I saw this lady out crying her eyes out and I just thought what a shame I will from now my groceries elsewhere because I refuse to go in somewhere that lets their employees abuse their customers I hope that employee was fired. That's what she deserves but I'm sure that's not what she's going to get. I just wonder how many times she's been complained on before.

The staff who pick the orders mark most things out of stock and I park & go in and guess what? The item(s) they say are out of stock is on the shelf! Lazy people...and they want a tip!
