Visited this Lac du Flambeau location and again another disappointment. Went there to buy soda…read morethat was advertised in their flyer but the shelves were bare. When I asked for a rain check, was told that they don't give any. Not worth going here is they can't sell what's advertised! On a previous visit was very disappointed that you cannot use a credit card (only cash) to buy a gift card! Stores such as Walgreens and CVS allow credit card purchases for gift cards. Why is Family Dollar outside the mainstream on this? Now with two strikes, I will shop elsewhere! FD is not customer oriented!

They have trouble keeping employees, they will be randomly closed at 3:45pm without a sign on the door stating they apologize for any inconvenience and will be reopened on whatever day. (There was a time that I went there multiple times in one week, only needed one thing and was trying to avoid ordering it from Amazon and waiting for it to be delivered, and every time it was closed. The hours state 8am-8pm. All visits were within these hours. I called the St Germain store and the nice gentleman at that location was not sure what was happening here. When you do actually arrive to find it open you'll find piles of stuff to be stocked everywhere but it just doesn't ever seem like it does actually get put away. It's constantly a disgusting mess.
