Very disappointing customer service…read more I went into the store to purchase a lunch a bowl . While I was shopping, an employee approached me and told me that I could not be there. When I asked why, she did not give me an explanation and simply told me that I needed to leave. I explained that I didn't understand and asked if I could at least pay for the item I had picked up. She told me I could, so I went to another register. She then spoke to me in a very rude and disrespectful tone, telling me to come over to her register and that she would help me there. While checking me out, she continued telling me that I was no longer allowed in the store, but she still would not explain why or give me any reason for the decision. I understand that businesses have rules and can make their own decisions about who they allow in their store, but customers deserve to be treated respectfully and given a reasonable explanation when something like this happens. The way I was spoken to and treated was completely unnecessary and very unprofessional. I hope management looks into what happened and addresses how this situation was handled.

Get better Walmart... maybe older people shouldn't be scanning receipts as they tend to be stuck in their old fashion beliefs and higher probability to be racist therefore their profiling can give the business a bad name and vibe.
