I would love to give them a 0. People to work their extremely rude. If you ask someone where an item is I have been looked at and told we don't carry that item and then I find it on my own. I Have also had them just stare at me and say I don't know. I have had things missing from my orders I really needed and they don't do anything about it. In deliveries they have given me rotten vegetables or extra produce that I didn't ask for like 6 zucchinis when I only needed 2 and I had to Pay for it. The only reason I needed to order is because my husband has the vehicle for work and doesn't come home late at night. read more

Went to this store to pick up an item after searching for it online. Online price at this location is $4.97. At the store it was $6.84. I showed the cashier the online price on my phone. Showed the manager. They said Walmart does that so you order it online and come pick it up. They mark it up 37%. This is the most senseless thing I've ever seen. They pay their own employees to go get this stuff off the shelves and bring it to the front for you. You then get to pull into the curbside pickup lane and they'll bring it to you and then you save 37%. They might be able to pay their employees more if they charged their customers for additional services like curbside pickup rather than less. The whole work has lost its mind. read more

I was stranded in Belen and had them send money walmart to walmart and it was 7:46 p.m. and I was told customer service was closed. it is usually 9:00 p. m. anywhere else. Had to sleep in my truck until the morning. What a rough night and cant believe after asking them and telling them the situation the didnt even care. read more

Around the end of last year I used Wal-Mart grocery pick up the Los Lunas store and a girl came out to deliver my groceries. I have always been told they only hold groceries for 24 hours. I had missed that cut off so I reordered my groceries for the next day. When I arrived the girl brought out two carts. She asked me which one I wanted. I was surprised that she had two carts but I answered her saying I would like the one that was the most recent, as I had added some items in my most recent order. She would not tell me which cart had which. She just kept pointing from one cart to the other and I told her I could not see thru the bags and clarified again the one I wanted. several times. I got the impression she was playing a game. She needless to say put the wrong order in my cart. I called her supervisor to report this and the supervisor said angrily "YOU GOT THE ORDER YOU ASKED FOR!" Several weeks later the same later the same girl came to deliver my groceries and there was no incident. However, the next times I tried to get groceries they kept getting inexplicably cancelled, I also began getting rotting fruit! It was eventually told to me that this girl had complained that I kept coming into the store "under the influence and cursing". They refuse to provide any proof and now I can no longer use Was Mart grocery pick up at ANY Wal-Mart in the country! I have spent hours calling and writing to find out what proof they have of ANYTHING I have done wrong. I even filed a complaint with the BBB and they still refuse! They refuse to return phone calls despite being promised they would numerous times. I even went in to the store to try to meet with them they refuse to come out! I am an RN and I really enjoyed using grocery pick up after long shifts. Has any similar incidents happened to anyone else? Be careful! Don't say anything if you want to still be able to utilize grocery pick up! read more

My husband and I always shop the Belen store even though we are 75-80 miles away. Clean store with well stocked shelves and friendly employees. The only problem I have is the fact that you stopped carrying the lactose free yoplait yogurt, I tried to buy it at walmart.com but they said you can only buy it at walmart stores. Niether Belen or socorro walmarts carry it any more. I'm so sad, but keep up the good work in all other areas. read more

It is nice to have a full service WalMart in Belen. There isn't really a grocery store, other than mom and pops in Belen. So, this is a welcome addition. It is clean and well organized. I had good help from the staff as we were looking for different items. They also stock some interesting foods that I don't see elsewhere - like a tres leches cake mix and a pecan bar mix. Fun to find! Walmarts in general (and this one for sure) are helpful for holiday shopping. There were plenty of things to get you ready for Halloween. And they had some great displays with everything you could want for holiday baking all in one place. Yay! read more

This walmart is terrible! With horrible management. The managers make up their own policies that do not align with stores across the country. For example the exchange food for food without a receipt. No other wal mart has that policy. Usually they give a store credit. 2nd. My mom took my car to get the oil changed and the oil came back BLACK! They had the nerve to say they changed it. My other high mileage car never comes back with back oil!! Ever!!! The manager had the nerve to say that he checked the video, but he doesn't have the authority to do that. He said it was changed. Then had the nerve to give a coupon to get it changed and pay 10 more dollars. Scam! I can tell you that if the store manager doesn't take care of this corporate will be notified. Period. Not a good look. One thing about Walmart... you ARE replaceable. read more

It's always looks trashed, out of things, and the employees seem so unhappy. By far this is worst Wal Mart I have ever been to.

This is one of the worst WalMarts around. To contradict the first opinion, this is not the only grocery in the area. As a matter of fact we have a store on Reinken that is just as popular as the WalMart. Problems with this store are: Bruised produce, you must shop very carefully Most of the time the store is dirty Most cahiers will throw your produce in the bag, further bruising items You can never find a manager to complain to The only store in Valencia County that I am aware of that has a "No Firearms" sign, this sure makes you walk very cautiously expecting someone to take advantage of this situation at any time. Other WalMart stores in the area do not have such a sign. This one has been up and down several times which makes it fairly obvious that the Management does not quite believe in this rule either. I moved to Belen 4 years ago and was disappointed in all the stores in Belen especially Walmart. It was terribly stocked and appeared dirty. This past year there was a manager change to this store, things changed. The store is clean, stocked and friendly. The people who work there seem happier to the change. It appears the mood of the store definitely comes from the top, I enjoy shopping there now and keep my money and taxes in Belen. read more
