The delivery was going to an Air B&B, so I provided the recipient's cell # and the gate code so that the flowers could be delivered to the door. The recipient never received the flowers. I asked her to look for them in the courtyard, etc... Nothing. I called Ruth's Roses to find out what the story was, and they said that the roses had been delivered. I informed them that the recipient had not received the flowers and had not left the room all day. That was on Friday. I asked for PoD and they said it would be the following week. Monday or Tuesday. On Tuesday, I received the picture below, showing that they had left the $150+ roses outside of the front door, near the street. I asked them to make it right. The response was that they'd put a note in that delivery address to not leave them on the street/front door in the future. As for me, they'll never see another order from me... ever.
