The interior is laid out a little differently than most stores, it felt more comfortable and easier to navigate; It's very well organized. Looks like they have a behind the scenes kitchen to where they prepare their made to order items now but you can still watch them prepare your coffee and milkshake orders at the pick up counter. The seating area is very nice and plentiful. I also picked up some of the soft serve for my kids the other day and they enjoyed making their ice cream and choosing their toppings. It gives me the perfect opportunity--or maybe just an excuse!--to explore other spots around downtown while I'm there. Second, every employee is genuinely friendly from the moment you walk in until the moment you leave. You can tell customers feel comfortable shopping here, and it's easy to see the great relationship the staff has built with the community. Finally, the quality of the products speaks for itself. As soon as I got home, I marinated the pork chops from the Meat Box along with a pound of the shrimp and threw everything on the grill. Needless to say, it made for an incredible Saturday. The pork chops were juicy, flavorful, and perfectly tender, and the shrimp were an absolute hit with my family. We'll definitely be back.
