I had tried a couple of times to make appointments, but they were booked on such short notice. I was finally able to get in this afternoon to give it a try. The experience was right on par with the brand catering to all needs a guy could have (both realized and unrealized). Today I only had time for the basic "GM" service that includes a quick cut and wash. Kaylee did excellent work. Her professionalism and attention to detail was very much appreciated. I was in and out in about 30 mins. My cut was $25 (not including a generous tip) which seems pricey compared to a typical Great Clips, Sports Clips, or Super Cuts chop shops, but it really is reasonable considering the level of skill and service that is received. I had not really given much thought to the monthly membership program, but now that there is a Bountiful location, it is starting to make more sense. $35 per month for unlimited cuts is starting to sound reasonable. Either way, I'll be back.

I miss his professionalism and excellent results. I always got the full Royal treatment a haircut a shave with hot towels. Always an excellent relaxing experience, and there was never an exception. But somethings can go wrong here. First, it was already very expensive but worth it to me. Prices have gone up to an outrageous level. I cannot get out of there and spend less than $100. That really is just flatly too much for most anyone. What really ruined the whole thing for me is that I bought a package and spent about $1000 there to buy haircuts and shaves in advance. I am a cancer patient and for that reason I could not use those up. I was literally homebound for a few months. As my health improved, and I went to go back to the barber they said that those purchases had expired, although it was almost an entire package of shaves and haircuts. I had taken more than $900 and flushed it down the toilet. They would not make an exception. That's all I need to know. That is a terrible policy by anyone's standards. really unacceptable and unforgivable. Why in the world would you give a client of two years who had trusted you with their money that kind of trouble?
