Verica is my personal favorite and have gone to her each time I've gone in except once when she was out injured. (The gal I saw was a temp and she was just as awesome!) So now for the hold off on the star. The owner sees dollar signs in everyone that walks in - if you know this ahead of time you can prepare yourself. Read on: The first 2 times I was duped in to additional services that I did not request nor did I know about until I paid at the end and wondered why my bill was so high. In asking what I was paying for I found that the first time it was for a pre-treatment & after treatment since they dyed my whole head to get it all one base color. Then the second time was an additional conditioner added after she washed and conditioned my hair. So now that I was educated, I asked them not to add anything on unless it was shown to me and approved by me. Haven't had an issue since. Still go there and will continue to. It's nice to be pampered and enjoy a glass of wine while your hair is getting done!

She must've known that she was going to go over her 7 PM close time and I really appreciate her being able to finish my hair with everything that I wanted in the short amount of time that we had . The areas that she incorporated was not exactly what I wanted because she had notated that my hair would not come out exactly like I showed her in the picture and I appreciate the fact that she was able to explain that to me.
