We had an outstanding experience at Marcum's Nursery!…read more When we arrived, we knew we needed plants for three whiskey barrels in full sun and one barrel in full shade, but beyond that, we had no idea what we were doing. As soon as we walked through the door, Kelly introduced himself and asked how he could help. After we explained our situation, he immediately knew exactly what we needed. He guided us to some beautiful clearance hanging plants that were perfect for our barrels and helped us gather everything necessary to make them thrive, including soil, fertilizer, and water supplements. What impressed us most was how easy he made the entire process. As non-plant people, we were feeling overwhelmed and unsure about making the right choices. Kelly took all the anxiety out of the experience, answered our questions, and confidently led us to the perfect setup for our yard. The service was fast, efficient, and incredibly friendly. We left with great plants, all the supplies we needed, and the confidence to make our yard look fantastic. If you're looking for knowledgeable staff and exceptional customer service, Marcum's Nursery is the place to go. We'll definitely be back!

BUYER BEWARE! If you purchase an appliance here and it works correctly, consider yourself lucky!…read moreJust hope it doesn't fail because the minute it leaves the store you are on your own. The "LABOR warranty" means he will provide free labor to repair anything it needs within the warranty period to make it work, but you pay his price for any and all needed parts, even if it fails the day after you bought it! In other words, there is no warranty! I purchased a gas stove with a 30 day "labor warranty" for $407 on Thursday and installed it in a rental on Friday. The oven was used twice - Friday night and Saturday morning, but Saturday night the oven would not come on. Tested power outlet and no problems there. Took it back and they said they would check it out. When I came to pick it up they said it needed a new glow plug that would cost me $65! He claimed they must have turned it on and used it to heat the house because the glow plug was burnt up! What a ridiculous accusation! I suggested he should at least back up his merchandise for ONE DAY! That made him mad, so he carted it to the parking lot, dumped it on the ground behind my truck and walked off. Wouldn't even help me load it in the truck! So much for customer service! In my 40 years of managing rental properties I've never been treated so rudely by a store owner! Do yourself a favor and go to a legitimate store!
