Each time, Michele consistently arrived in the early evenings so they could all stay on schedule. She followed our rather detailed "system" for feeding them, checking their water, and cleaning the litter pans for the indoor ones. She managed to get pictures of even the most shy, elusive ones (both indoor and out) and routinely provided updates to assure us that all was well. She brought in the mail and cultivated a warm and caring relationship with both our cats and us. We felt perfectly comfortable with leaving our pets in her capable hands while away. I swear my dog held his pee until we picked him up and walked him to the grass. This place has lots of room to run around and make them tired! They've got separate indoor areas for doggies that either need a break, a nap or just wants to sit up front with the staff. Staff - The staff is amazing!! They do get to know your dog because they are all animal lovers and they know their behaviors! It's so nice when we walk in and they're already greeting Chewy by name. He loves walking in here, he knows as soon as we turn into the parking lot and just pulls us right inside! It seems they always have fun working there and there's always a celebration, like a doggy birthday or pajama theme day or something. Fun staff for sure! Pricing - very affordable! They do half days and full days. The boarding at night is well priced as well.. and we know our Chewy will be able to run around and play during the day. Grooming - they do grooming, baths and nail trimming too! Cons Only thing i was concerned about in the beginning was not any staff present at night time when you board your dog overnight... but the staff reassured us there are alarms and systems in place where staff would be readily available if needed. They all live really close by. So it hasn't been a problem for us at all! I highly recommend this place for all you doggy needs! I'm on the west coast, so I didn't think we could actually work together, but find her quite accessible since she does virtual sessions and is also active on her Patreon. I have a lot of experience with dog rescue, and I often adopt dogs with special needs. I have a dog that has obviously experienced some trauma around other dogs, and Erika has been incredibly helpful. She is generous with her knowledge and her time, she has lots of training tools like handouts and videos, and she is a delightful person in general. Great sense of humor, and it feels warm and fuzzy to work with her, which is so nice because often when we have problematic dogs, we don't feel good about it and we blame ourselves. Not only does she use positive reinforcement in her training for dogs, but also for people, because often it is us that needs to be trained. My dog is doing so much better since I started working with her. I highly recommend. I'm excited to work with her more in the future.

This was my first puppy and I work a ton! Erika came to my place stating when Koda was about 10 weeks old. We did the puppy basic but Erika adjusted to our speed (Koda is fricking smart and picks things up so fast). I have never seen anyone respond to emails faster in my life! And Erika is always on Instagram like me so I can get tips and tricks even when we aren't in session! Koda is now 4 months old.. he responds to sit, stay (with distractions and long periods of time), down, touch, paw, other paw lol, crate, "home" (his play pen), leave it, drop... and he is amazing on a leash now. He goes potty almost on command. I got him potty trained in 4 days (aside from the occasional accident when he is excited to see people) Anyway.. I love Erika and wish I wasn't moving to St. Louis. But, it's awesome knowing I can always email or call her!

Our dogs can be quite challenging as they don't all get along with eachother but Amy takes it all in stride. The first time we booked Amy, one of the dogs had an unplanned surgery a few days prior to our trip. Our dog Nugget had staples keeping her surgery site closed and she was on pain meds and antibiotics. Nugget needed to be kept separate from the others and was essentially on bedrest. Amy did a fabulous job with Nugget! Nugget's staples all remained intact and Amy was completely comfortable giving Nugget her daily meds. Amy took great care of all the animals both times. Amy is a sweetheart! She has a huge heart for all animals! I would highly recommend Amy to anyone looking for someone to provide loving care to your pets!
