They text me three time to confirm the 11am appointment and the guy shows up a half hour late without an apology or text to say he is late. This facility seemed promising, with a field for your pets to wonder while they wait. When we show up for our appointment at 2:30pm the doors were locked. So we waited with the other two patients outside. Once the doors were unlocked we got checked in, while waiting the two ahead of us got called back, then a walk in got called back, then a regular got called back. We've been waiting 40 minutes to be seen past our appointment time. Once the duck got called back before us id had enough waiting with how anxious my boy was getting. Once it went on an hour wait and everyone got called back but us I decided to leave. Unfortunately this place only caters to regulars and emergency. They aren't the best to new clients at least from our experience.

We have 3 dogs, so we always look for somewhere that is economic. They also have appointments on a short turn around. The physicians and staff are all kind, although they sometimes run behind. The day we went and they were behind was when they had to help another pet cross the rainbow bridge, so I'm glad they took the time needed. The vet recent caught a heart murmur in one of our dogs and helped us look for a cardiologist. It's only not 4 stars because the building is older and dated.

I've had animals my whole life and been to many different vets, and I have never seen more compassionate staff than the ones here. All staff have been so kind - front desk, vets, even the custodian? I'm not sure his title but one of the staff even cleaned our kennel out after our cat peed in it. He pees every time he goes in it out of stress and never has an office offered to clean it for us. It helped greatly because I didn't have to do it when I got home! We have had (unfortunately) 4 trips here already in just a few short months and seen 3 different vets and they have all been amazing. I am glad we tried them out and happy to have found them so close to home!
