So I checked my credit card and it was charged to this place. I called this pet salon and they claimed they had no idea what I was talking about shed wise so I put in a dispute with American Express. Much to my surprise friends furever pet salon sent American Express a bogus sales receipt from my credit card. Again, I have never stepped foot inside this salon nor heard of it until my credit card was charged to this place instead of the shed place. I do not have any pets to be groomed in any place let alone why I would take them out of state if I had them.

They always made sure Avi, my mini Australian Shepherd, was comfortable, built trust with her groomer, and received the best care. I would understand this charge if we picked up our dog at 5 pm but 30 minutes seems ridiculous! I never complain on yelp just shocked and feel overcharged. Jokes on them we would have given those ladies a tip and bought dog treats. Sadly I don't think we will go back.
