He looked her over, says there is ear infection then gave her vaccinations. Gave her a tube of medicine to place in ear. Within 3-4 days, the cat's face was swollen; she then took her cat to a different vet. The cat was febrile, had fever, ear was much worse. Needed IV hydration, antibiotic injection, and 2 meds for ear. My mom has not been back to Dr Hines. She was very upset by his behavior and poor care. The office and techs are nice, but he needs to retire. Shameful

We have tried many other kennels & all leave our dogs in filth as I have picked them up covered in urine/feces only having to take them home & put them straight into a bath. It's not like that here. She treats them as if they were her own and I can tell she truly cares about my dogs. We rescued both dogs and they have required lots of training - Michelle helps us work on that training every time she comes over and it has helped so much.
